Two and half years later…..
Deep in the woods. A fair skinned boy darted across the forest with surprising agility. He lunged from tree branch to tree branch like a monkey on steroids.
"Sirius! Dinner is ready, get your ass over here!" The abrupt screaming in his ear caused Sirius to stiffen for a second in mid air, causing him to miss the branch and fall down the tree.
CRASH
"Ugh...." Slowly pulling himself out of the bushes he fell into, and dusting off any leaves, Sirius looked in the direction of the house and complained. "Do you have to do that every time?" What appeared was a 157 centimeter, thirteen year old boy with disheveled brown hair and dull blue eyes. He was wearing a red tunic with black plants.

"Of course! If you can be stunned by just me screaming in your ear thanks to magic then anything can affect you! Now get your ass over here before the food gets cold."
Over the past three years, Sirius has been given teachings on unarmed combat, archery, swordsmanship, and classes over Magecraft, at least the basics of it.
"Quick check! What is Magecraft?"
Faced with the sudden question, Sirius answered immediately. "Magecraft is the artificial reenactment of Mystery, which is ordinarily possible only by inhumane beings, like you being a fairy."
"Good."
His physical combat has come along nicely, and if played right, can take down a grown adult, a peasant at least and a well trained squire at most. His magic knowledge on the other hand has been.....lacking....to Vivian's standards. It's just humans weren't able to use that form of magic as it was a lot different from magecraft.
His amnesia doesn't help in this case. He remembers all the math, language, and science knowledge he learned from school and some places from his old home, but that's all. It didn't help that with all the shit that happened three years ago and him going through the omniverse kind of messed with his head.
Like Neil deGrasse Tyson likes to say 'The universe is under no obligation to make sense to you.' Or in this case the omniverse.
It doesn't help that he doesn't have anything to remember his past self. He doesn't remember people, just their figures, and if he was related, some emotions, but that's all, there is nothing on him personally, nothing on what he liked, disliked, what he did, it drove Sirius nuts for two years then he stopped caring.
Vivian looked up from her food and asked Sirius a question. " So... Do you still think about your past from time to time?"
Sirius stopped eating and stared at her for a moment. "Yes, sometimes, but that's all. It is simply out of my hands until I can make magic that allows me to get my memories back, after all they are still there just repressed...."
Vivian nodded and finished her dinner. A few hours later, during the last lesson of the day, Vivian alerted Sirius of something. "Sirius you are going to be leaving soon with a....wizard." She spoke that last part with utter disdain.
"Who?" Sirius didn't question the why as this whole thing between the two of them was him getting stronger so that he could help the future king of Britain. So him leaving with a wizard that Vivian finds renowned enough in magic to teach him was a little astounding.
"Merlin, The Magus of Flowers." She spoke in scorn, then she explained. "You will be taught magecraft from him for two years and then he will send you to the future king of Britain, Arthur Pendragon."
Sirius shook his head. "You mean the queen of Britain, Artoria Pendragon."
"Same thing, just humans have to make everything so complicated."
"It's just the fact that you are only telling me this recently when we have known each other for three years Vivian, I treat you as my sister and you don't even tell me their gender."
Vivian scoffed. "It's not even that important, why do you care so much?"
"I like being petty."
"You-"
BAM
The door busted open revealing a long white haired man who wore a white robe with black shirt and pants underneath. He frolicked inside the cabin as if he owned the place. When he arrived at the table they were eating at he sat down leaning in close to Vivian.
"Dear Vivian how long I have missed the comfort of your-"
He stopped as felt the water in his body drying out, excruciatingly slowly, furthering the pain. Vivian turned her head slowly with a smile on her face.
"What wrong Merlin, need a drink?" Her playfulness never stopping as she slowly sucked the life out of Merlin. Then she stopped, letting Merlin sigh in relief at the development.
"Merlin, play like that again and I won't stop next time~"
Merlin shivered, and nodded rapidly. Then he glanced at Sirius, his soon to be apprentice. "You have groomed him well I must say Vivian. He seems rather strong for his age. It'll be fun making him into a powerhouse, hahahaha!"
Sirius simply deadpanned at what supposed to be his magecraft and swordsmanship teacher. He turned his head to Vivian who nodded her head sadly.
"He's a better swordsman then I and he understands magecraft better since it is a human magic system after all."
Sirius groan ed at the reality of it all. 'Great I am to deal with a man whose first priority is to get into a woman's pants, fucking wonderful~'
"Not first.....okay maybe first?"
Sirius simply looked at the man as if he was stupid. Why would you admit that before someone who was to be you future student who should respect you?
"Your fucking insane."
"Why thank you!"
Merlin smiled happily. He turned to Vivian, who nodded. "Sirius why don't you pack up. I have little present for you before you leave."
Sirius excitedly got up and rushed to his room. The quicker he got ready the quicker he got whatever Vivian made for him. And whatever Vivian makes, is bound to be amazing.
"Totally forgets about his sister when there's magic involved." Vivian smile at he little brother antics, his hunger for magic. He grew more playful overtime but never got rid of that want for magecraft and its mysteries, which is why she was giving him this particular sword today.
When he was all set it finally kicked in that he was leaving. He was leaving the only home he had known with a person whom he could proudly call his sister. When Vivian saw that she smiled. "Don't be down Sirius it's not like you'll never see me again, you can visit whenever you want. You know I need the company."
Sirius nodded and watched as Vivian pulled out a sword wrapped in cloth. When she unraveled it he found a white sheath with red lines going up and down it. The handle was red and cross guard white. When Vivian pulled out the sword it had a white blade with red lines going up and down either side of the blade.
"It doesn't have name yet, but it is a divine construct built to combat the unexplainable. You can even switch it up and use it to harm the explainable boosting your attacks."
".....You're giving me a sword better yet a divine construct?"
Vivian nodded "I mean I am eternally grateful but why couldn't it be a staff? I mean I am better with magecraft you know."
Tick marks grew on her forehead. "Do you want it or not?!"
"Yes yes I want it. Better yet I have already given it a name, Arcane, The Sword of Mystery, just like my sister."
A weight seem to appear on the blade as Sirius named it. Vivian was happy and hugged her little brother, tears dripping down on her face onto his shoulder with the same happening to hers at the pain of a farewell.
…
When Sirius left it reminded him of the time he left before to seem what humans were like for himself. What he found was apathetic beings that were willing to sell their own children for profit. Then he saw the same species care for one another even though they weren't bound by blood.
These were humans. These were the people he was apart of.
