Every teacher he could recognize was present, over a fifty of them with Inferno addressing the crowd. It was the worst possible timing ever. Their enemies were in a conference and they had just interrupted.
Every eye turned to the new members who had decided to join.
Harold realized they were in serious danger. In this room sat the most dangerous people. Every one of them as skilled as a pro. It was an assured death to anyone who dared put up a fight but they weren't just anyone. He was a Triumvirate and he was going to live up to his title.
"Look who decided to join the party" Inferno said while walking down from his podium. "You did a good job bringing her here." He said to Harold who stood in front of the others. His gaze lingered for a bit on the crew before he finally recognized a familiar face. "Nathaniel" He pronounced
"Inferno" Nathaniel returned. "Long time no see"
"What's this?" Inferno questioned "You dare bring outsiders into this hold? And you Edmund?" Inferno raged upon realization. This was an invasion. He pulled his katana from it's sheath and every person around did the same .
"I'm going to give you a chance Edmund, stop this madness now or suffer their fate" Inferno offered. His red pupils reflected the burning torches giving his stare a deadly look. "You've made your choice" He finished after realizing his son's resolve. "Kill them all"
Flames, boulders and violent wind filled the entire place as they oppositions clashed.
Warren struck down every opponent in his way with little difficulty. He felt rather disappointed at the output of those who were considered teachers, he had expected more. He tanked a conflagration with a wall of solid air before sending out a blade of air cutting down his opponent. He sidestepped a thrown sword that impaled an ambushing foe before blocking a sword attack with his Tonfas. He proceeded to behead the man who stood in front of him before finishing off the second man.
His recent power and speed outmatched that of anyone who was present. Harold was simply a beast Warren concluded watching as the man easily mowed down every opponent that came his way without breaking a sweat. He had to admit, he was jealous and very much outmatched from the look of things.
Sian's drastical increase in both strength and control of her prowess wasn't debatable as she showed her potentials without hindrance. She wasn't really killing her adversaries since her weapon made it more difficult to do so. But she made sure they were in no condition to rise anytime soon. Breaking bones and immobilization was her tactics and she was doing excellently. She hauled down a stalagmite of ice on one of the enemies who promptly blocked it before releasing his own wave of compressed air.
She dodged skillfully, countering and blocking when she could. It seemed her enemies grew in number having realized that she was what they'd risked their lives for in the future, if they failed to capture her now.
Soon she was overpowered before she could even realize it. Even though the hits she took were minor since she was needed alive and well, it still hurt. She ducked low to avoid a deadly blade of wind before promptly jumping up to avoid an eruption from the earth. These teachers were monsters in their tag teams and she was doing badly at keeping up with them. A whiplash made of stones streamed above her head immediately she had crouched to the ground before springing upwards to avoid another eruption.
She gasped in terror, above her, a wind elemental had already launched an attack on her, and now she was caught in between the erupting earth and a blade of wind that was coming down at her. She was utterly defenseless. IF she managed to block the aerial attack, then she would take the hit from the earth. She closed her eyes and concentrated her energy around herself making an attempt to a full block. She was forming an ice coat around herself and quick just before the wind blade hit slamming her onto the eruption shattering her Ice coat to pieces. It was a gamble but she had managed to minimize the damage she could have taken.
Edmund had joined in to help her after seeing the horde that was after her. The two making a fierce some duo.
Nathaniel launched his attack at the fleeing Inferno who promptly blocked it without difficulty.
"You dare point your sword at me?" Inferno questioned in a condescending tone
"Gone are the days I feared you Inferno"
