CHAPTER 41 – Getting Supplies
Racing away from the inn, Zale did not waste any second in hiding and tore through the bush, finding a different path far from the marketplace.
For now, he did not want many people to know his face as one who was being chased by the bad men strictly to enable him to continue his search when he needed to.
Along the way, Pearl, who had managed to dress differently, bought them enough supplies, food and new clothes with the coins Zale gave to her.
At one point, she was left to wonder how he managed to get such an amount of money.
But considering hold her his mother was the Queen of their kingdom; she shook the thought off.
He was obviously well-to-do. Keeping her thoughts away, she went to the bakery to get a few loaves of bread.
After which she proceeded to get some fruits and meat from a nearby shop as well.
