Lucio looked at the screen in satisfaction. "Finally, the hiring phase is done."

There were ten more web developers who worked with Neha but the system didn't consider them as staff and Lucio didn't know why nor did he care. It had taken him another week to hire competent people and for the advert to be ready. Lucio directly paid to get the advertisement reach a huge amount of people, his main target being the teenagers and people in their early twenties.
Lucio looked at his brother and sister all dressed up, ready to move to the States. Lucio didn't bring too much luggage with him, just his phone, laptop, a few clothes and a pen drive.
Emilia and Emiliano had gotten all the clothes they had bought a few days ago. Lucio had left his apartment in Senzo's hands so he had nothing else to worry about.
Lucio waited for his flight as he checked some news on his phone. It was just random useless stuff so Lucio quickly got bored and closed the app. A while later, he felt a tap on his shoulder and he turned, standing in front of him was a lady with wheat coloured skin, brown eyes, sharp nose and a small face.
"Hi Boss!" She said, clearly excited. The person standing in front of Lucio was Neha Roy, a coding genius from India.
"Hi." Lucio said as he looked around. "Where is Gloria?"
"She's on the way apparently." Neha said as she sat beside Lucio.
It didn't take too long for him to spot Gloria, a woman who had a few problems in her life but still loved to enjoy life to the fullest. A boy followed behind her, staring at all the grown men who dared to look at his mother's way. He had wavy blonde hair just like his mother.
Lucio had hired the people who were talented and were ready to move to the USA. Among all the people who wanted the job, only these two fit his requirements. Gloria was a widow and her husband had passed away due to cancer. She tried many methods, but all they did was empty all her savings.
Neha just agreed to move to the States so she was hired. Lucio didn't know much about her and nor did he care.
Gloria sat beside Emiliano as she said "Good evening, Mr Lucio."
To which Lucio nodded "Evening."
It didn't take long for the plane to arrive. They all boarded the flight and Lucio had no problems as he had just turned 18 three days ago.
There were no celebrations whatsoever and all he did that day was get some important documents and things he needed like passport and Visa which were super easy to get as Senzo had everything ready, including 100 headsets that were stored in one of Senzo's store room, which took him 2 days of immense struggle.
He also had an e-bank account which was pretty easy to set up and those would be enough for a few months.

A guy, two ladies and three kids were seated on a table. The kids looked exhausted but for some reason they were extremely excited and hyperactive as they went around poking each other on their stomachs. The three adults simply watched them or read the menu.
They had already ordered their lunch and it'd take a while to arrive. Neha looked proud as she said "You won't regret coming here." to which Lucio just nodded and waited for the food to arrive. He was hungry, very hungry, as he had forgotten to have his breakfast.
After about 30 minutes of waiting with a crying stomach, the food was brought to the table by the waiter. Lucio dug into his Biryani which Neha had recommended.
"Dis ish goo" Said Emiliano as he filled his mouth with all the rice on his plate. He refused to eat anything different from what Lucio had ordered.
The others had ordered Garlic and onion naan with either chicken or lamb curry. Their plates were empty in minutes with an exception of Gloria, who apparently couldn't handle the spice.
They waited for her to finish and Lucio had to order two mango lassi to help Gloria survive. Lucio paid the bill and they left the place together. Neha looked at Lucio and said "Looks like you liked the food."
Lucio smiled as he said "I was hungry. Almost everything is tasty for a hungry man."
"Yeah, yeah. You just don't want to admit that Indian dishes are great."
To which Lucio just shook his head. "Anyways, where do you guys plan on staying?"
"Well, my friend agreed on renting her house to me for cheap so I agreed. Neha and I will split the rent as we will be living together." Gloria said, her nose red and lips red.
"Alright, the work will start from next week so I want you to recruit 3 web developers with experience in games, forum or social media sites. Neha , I want you to test everyone who applied for the job and an above average skill is fine . Umm ….. and Gloria , hire a very talented video editor."
"Okay Mr Lucio, I'll make sure to get the task done by the end of the week."
And Neha just nodded.
'Ah the professionalism.' Thought Lucio as he separated from the group with his brother and sister tagging along. He hailed a cab and got inside.
"Where would you like to go sir?"
"Hoover dam lodge, please."
To which the driver nodded and drove to the destination. It was quiet peaceful in the car as his brother had fallen asleep and Emilia was looking out the window, looking at structures and streets that were different from Korea. The stuff that people wore in Boulder, Colorado was very different from the stuff that Korean people wore.
She looked at her brothers, herself and the people on the streets. She could not deny that they looked very different from the locals.
They reached their destination in about 20 minutes and Lucio got down with his groggy little brother and sister. He had booked a room for 3 days and that was the time that he expected he would take to rent a suitable house.
The receptionist gave him a key card for his room and the group of three walked upstairs. Lucio saw the number on his key card and looked for the same room number stuck on the doors. "Room no. 206… found it.".
Lucio opened the door and entered. The room was quite spacious and had a huge bed which was enough for all the 3 to sleep on. It was still 6 in the evening but Lucio and the two were extremely tired.
Lucio got them both to sleep, opened his laptop and muttered "So much to do,,," as he rubbed his tired eyes. He opened the website he always used to exchange crypto to dollars.

Soon a text appeared on the screen which Lucio had sent "Work from home will end today. All of you should work in an office from tomorrow and I've already rented the place. All of you will receive laptops from the company after 3 months but until then, you are requested to work on your personal laptops."
Below the text, a link to the address was sent with another text below it saying "I want the game forum ready in a week. Neha will tell you what steps to take and it should be catered to the Korean population."
Lucio then opened his system and looked at the 100/100 that was displayed. "Finally… it's time to reveal Oscuro."
The 100 headsets in Senzo's store room were made in a mere 2 days as Lucio ordered the skeletal structure of the headsets to be 3D printed and spent day and night, making the chip. The circuits were bought from a nearby store. It took Lucio another 12 hours to get the helmets functionable.
Lucio planned to limit the beta phase only in Korea but the demand for the game was rising in other countries too and he was sure that it would explode when the beta testers in Korea give their first feedback.
"Guess I can finally enter Oscuro..." he muttered as he looked around.
