Chereads / Inhuman: Strongest Lust Warlock / Chapter 25 - Lucifer's Scheme!

Chapter 25 - Lucifer's Scheme!

"What did I do?" Lucifer asked with a nonchalant look on his face.

Lilith's beautiful eyes narrowed; unlike the charming allure they usually held, these were murderous and toxic. Feeling her breathing become wild, the succubus quickly got a grip on herself. No matter what, she couldn't challenge Lucifer, except that she wants her soul to be devoured.

"Okay...I might have whispered a few things; you know one or two things about the location of the manor." Lucifer's tone sounded indifferent, as if it wasn't a big deal.

"You bastard! Why did you do that?! Don't you want to get rid of the church again!" Angry would be an understatement; Lilith was mad!

**Slap**

Lucifer flung Lilith's body with a casual slap, making the succubus smash into the ragged wall. Propelling herself with her dainty hands, Lilith proceeded to stand up. However, a giant foot soon stomped on her fingers.

*Crush*

"Call me Bastard one more time, and I shall cast you into the deepest pit of hell with those lowly demons." Lucifer stepped back as he walked back to his giant throne.

"Now, let's talk about your punishment for disobeying me." A creepy look appeared on the devil's face as he grinned like a savage.

That smile...that smile met another section of her torturing; Lilith knew. Standing up, she walked to the front and stood before Lucifer; it felt as if she were standing before Calamity himself, quite literally.

"You know the drill. Turn around."

Lilith did as ordered; she clenched her teeth, seemingly aware of what would soon happen to her back.

"The reason I brought that kid to this world was for two reasons." Lucifer started. "To entertain me and cause chaos. No, actually causing chaos comes first. And you... want to make everything easy-peasy for him by helping him?"

**Whip**

A jagged, thorny whip lashed against her back, drawing out her flesh as blood splattered all over.

Lilith gritted her teeth. This was the second time she was lashed like this; the first was after helping Alucard in the casket of memories. She was a strong woman who normally didn't display weakness, but this whip...this whip wasn't just any ordinary whip.

It was made just for demons such as her. It was also said that Archangel Michael used this same whip to lash Lucifer before tossing him off paradise.

Lilith clenched her delicate fist, awaiting the second lash. A single lash felt like her back was seared with a fiery, blazing flame.

But this was just the second lash.

98 lashes more to go...

"AGHHHHHHHHHHH!"

It was all screaming in Lucifer's domain.

However, somewhere else It was rather quiet as everyone stared at the warlock in Alucard's grasp. The warlock tried wiggling himself, but under the clutches of Alucard, his struggle was futile.

"Mr. You have 10 seconds to tell me who sent you?"

The man's lips were tightly sealed. It was obvious; he won't mention anything about this vampire.

"1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9." As Alucard drew closer to ten, the man seemed like he wouldn't say a word.

"10." With a loud snap, Alucard crushed the man's neck.

"You shouldn't have killed him just like that." Muna frowned, but before she could continue, Alucard walked off.

At first, Muna's eyebrows twitched slightly with irritation as she saw Alucard ignore her. The next moment, however, her appearance returned to normal after seeing what he was doing.

In the distance, Alucard's footsteps came to a halt as he glared down at the lifeless body of a light warlock. He grabbed the man's robe and yanked him up. The bruised warlock appeared lifeless, even his heart had stopped thumping.

Seeing the man's state, Alucard screamed in a loud voice:

"Everyone, check for any survivors; we must take everyone back to the church!"

"Reinforcement?"  The man, in Alucard's grasp, eye's jerks open as he grins after hearing that voice. It meant only one thing.

The church was here to save them.

However, his eyes stretched wide the next moment as his face met a grinning Alucard.

Similar to the man, all the other people pretending to be dead shot up to their feet, glad that their little act worked.

But, upon catching sight of Alucard and the maids, all of them collapsed to the ground, pretending to be dead once more, but it was too late as the sister trio bolted towards them and made wild slits in their necks.

"Okay, hope you will talk now. Just so you know, I still have 10 more people left. Surely one of them would say something, so you better think wisely." Alucard gave a friendly reminder.

The warlock bought the lie, but he still fought the urge to spill the beans here and then! His inner fate that Zion would send help was the only thing strengthening him. After a little thought, however, he grimaced. What if he didn't say anything and got killed like that, just for one of the other remaining warlocks to spill everything?

He was on a thin line between death and life, and like every other person with a life who knew how fun it was, he chose life, but wait... what if this guy later killed him?

"How am I sure that you won't kill me?" The man asked

"I won't trust me."

"Take a heavenly oath."

Alucard raised a brow, confused. Lucy, who was close by, hovered close to him and whispered in his ears.

After the whispers, Alucard nodded and stared at the man. "If I touch even a hair on you, may the heavens strike me dead!"

A roar of thunder ripples in the heavens, sealing the oath.

The man relaxed a bit, but before he could say anything, Alucard spoke.

"I think it's only fair enough that you too take the oath to say nothing but the truth, right?"

The man's face darkened as Alucard caught his hidden scheme. Gritting his teeth, he could only take the oath.

After taking the oath, he said, "We were sent by the holy child, prince Lumen light."

"Thank you for cooperating." Alucard swiftly turned around and strolled away, leaving the man to fall on his buttocks.

When Alucard was just a few steps away, his cold words reverberated, "Siena. Finish him."

"Wait, what?  What about the oath?" The man panicked.

Alucard felt too lazy to explain, so Siena did the explaining. "The oath was that he wouldn't kill you. He didn't say we wouldn't.

"You bastare—" a blood spear turned his head into a puddle of a bloody mess.

Alucard didn't even glance at the man; in his mind, there was only one word.

"Prince Lumen...you want war

...I'll give you war."

"Hehehe." Lucifer scratched his cheek as he stared at the flat screen showing the battlefield. "I guess I shouldn't have told them that it was Prince Lumen's orders." He shrugged. "Well, the deed has already been done."
