Putting Elsa down near the adventurers' group. Arsh moved away from them. He didn't want to keep the monster's attention on the adventurers.
'I have to grab my daggers. Quickly'
Arsh knew without his daggers, there was no way for him to kill the three-headed disaster. Making a run to the tree where his daggers dug into, he asked his luck to help him one last time.
But, the three-headed monster had already shaken off the effect of the stun. Its eyes gleamed dangerously, as the running monster let out a growl.
"....What did I even expect?"
The monster chased him from behind. And due to its ginormous body, the monster was pretty fast. Which didn't look good for Arsh.
Looking back, Arsh broke into a cold sweat. In the blink of an eye, the monster had chased him down completely, being just barely away by a foot.
But, what terrified Arsh most was the burning hatred for him in all 6 of the monster's eyes, burning furiously with the only intent of tearing him down.
"....I am sorry, okay! I know it hurt your eyes. But I just stunned you only for a moment, anyway. There is no need for you to be this angry"
The monster didn't answer. The monster jumped ahead of him, attacking Arsh with his cathartic claws.
'God! fucking! dammit!'
Arsh tried to evade the blow by sidestepping. Even though he was able to dodge most of the claw. Still, one of the giant nails of the giant claw ripped deep into his skin.
The flesh of the chest opened up. Letting a stream of blood flow out of it. Even if he had talked big about killing the transcendent beast, Arsh now was sure of how impossible it was for him, to kill a Millenium.
"....Grrraaahhhh"
Arsh winced in pain clutching the ghastly wound on his chest, his already teared-up clothes dyed in the color of red.
'I can't fight this thing without my daggers'
Arsh wanted to grab his daggers as quickly as he could. He knew it was the only sure way to stand up against the Millennium.
Because Arsh was aware of the fact, after seeing plenty of strong people die brutally in front of him. Even though the existence of the Millennium was akin to a natural disaster. It can never actually become one.
There is no way for any being to stand up to the fury of nature.
Arsh ran with all of his might, tying the wound lightly with his ripped shirt. He stopped in front of the damned tree, where his daggers were pierced.
He grabbed the daggers, pulling them out of the tree. Even though the Millennium was not something he could handle in one on one fight.
"... Let's see. What were you saying again?"
Arsh was somehow not feeling any kind of fear unexpectedly.
Arsh voiced, looking at the three-headed ginormous Millennium. His eyes trembled, but not of fear. As he was smiling ever so happily.
The monster looked at him annoyed. Seeing that, every doubt in Arsh's mind cleared about the monster understanding human speech. The monster already looked annoyed by him.
'....I can even make a monster annoyed by copying Alan.'
Arsh ran back, trying to board the tree. But, before he could even jump. The whole tree got decimated by the claws of the three-headed monster.
"Can you be still for a second?"
He was feeling strange somehow.
Arsh shouted at the monster in front of him. Who in reply just scoffed at him, followed by a loud roar.
A gust of wind blew suddenly, and in a matter of seconds, everything in the surrounding area including trees and monsters started getting blown away.
Arsh tried to latch onto a tree for support, in front of him. But it served nothing, as the tree also got uprooted by the storm and flew away to the center of it.
'Great! Just great!'
Arsh was also blown away by the tree he was holding. He let out a sigh cursing his luck, as he was trying to grip his feet down on the tree.
He needed a good hold for maximum momentum as he jumped directly into the eye of the storm.
" I AM FREE!!! "
And at this moment, something broke inside of him or just got attached. He had no way of knowing
He let out a hysterical screech. He knew the situation was already absurd enough, with almost zero to no chance of his survival.
But…
"What else is new? I was always in a life-threatening situation the whole time. To be honest, I am more afraid of my mentor than you"
Arsh felt strange euphoria in such a dire situation. He couldn't explain what these impulses were. But he felt strangely excited all of a sudden, smiling ear to ear, enjoying flying through the storm.
Arsh dug his daggers deep into the other tree near him and jumped upward. Flying out of the storm from its mouth.
Looking at the astonished Millennium on the ground, Arsh felt a strong urge to kill it, as brutally as possible, as inhumanly as possible.
"Let's play. You giant pup"
Something inside of him was changing drastically.
Arsh flipped in mid-air, feeling his reserves filling faster than they ever used to. He himself didn't know why that change happened. But, he didn't care about any of that.
His only focus, for now, was killing the giant monster in front of him. His eyes met with the Millennium for a moment. Laughing hysterically, Arsh directly jumped into its face.
Black fire|
Flames of Hell|
Arsh's both daggers burned fiercely in red and black flame. As he almost reached the middle head of the towering monster, he felt extremely strange.
He can't think anymore all of sudden. He can't think about anything but killing the monster in front of him. He didn't know why. But, At the moment it only felt right.
He didn't know what this sensation was. But, instead of rejecting or fighting against it. Arsh embraced the euphoric sensation completely.
And it changed everything.
"...."
His mind went blank. Only one ominous word rang throughout the whole of his being.
'KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL.
KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL.
KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL.
KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL.
KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL.
KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL. KILL.'
His body moved on its own. Landing straight on the monster's head. He didn't waste any second pondering. Instead, his hand moved on its own, stabbing the giant monster's face continuously.
THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK THUNK
The monster backed away, shaking his head furiously. Howling in pain, the monster jumped in and out, As the monster swept both of his whole claws on his head.
But, Arsh felt blank. He couldn't feel anything however much he tried. Even after being hit by the giant claw, he didn't feel any pain. He just couldn't feel anything.
His body was running around on its own like possessed by a spirit. To Arsh, it felt like he was just watching the whole scene unfold from the backseat.
Suddenly his consciousness slipped away completely. Traveling to somewhere else entirely.
'....What the hell is happening to me?'
Arsh found himself looking into a limitless abyss in front of his eyes. A place where even darkness didn't exist. A place with absolutely nothing.
The abyss looked enchanting and familiar. As to holding out everything inside of it. Even though it was ever-expanding, Arsh somehow felt he could find everything at the end of it.
Arsh felt mesmerized looking at the deep yawning abyss of nothingness. As his mind hushed, sitting silently. looking into the nothingness.
Arsh heard a sound suddenly inside the nothingness. He didn't know where it came from, and neither he could find anything that can make that sound inside of the nothingness.
The voice somehow felt oddly familiar. Like he knew the voice intimately from somewhere. However much he looked inside, he just couldn't find anyone in the bounded nothingness.
"Wait! What? Who the hell are you? And where are we?"
Arsh asked every question that appeared at top of his mind. He was confused. So very confused.
< Are you for real? Well, whatever. It wasn't the right time for me to appear anyway. Just fucking confirm one thing for me. If you want me to help or not >
The voice replied haughtily. Its voice rang clearly inside Arsh.
Arsh now felt more confused. After hearing the unknown voice's answer along with its cursing. He had no idea of what was going on. He didn't remember hearing that voice ever either. But, it still felt familiar.
Standing in an unknown place. Hearing an unknowingly familiar voice in his head. Arsh didn't know what to make of it.
It was all just too strange. And believing the strange voice in his head didn't look like a good plan either. He needed some time to comprehend all of it.
" Fuck off. I don't need your help. Just tell me what is going on "
<.....>
Arsh somehow could feel what the voice was feeling. As the voice let out a heavy breath before it spoke again in a sullen and overbearing manner.
< That's the very reason you lost everything. >
"What does that suppo--"
But before Arsh could finish his sentence. He found himself back in his teared-up body. As pain clouded his whole mind, he let out a cry of pain.
He felt His body was not in any shape to fight. That strange voice did something to him. Something, he just couldn't put his finger on.
"...Just what the hell is going on?"
Arsh gritted his teeth through the pain and stood up again. He was staggering from pain and fatigue.
He followed the giant body of the monster some distance. The monster looked furious, its eyes gleaming with true hatred.
'....Honestly. If I was stabbed like that, I'll be plenty angry too'
The monster let out a war cry. His all three heads raging furiously. Arsh knew how angry it was, just by looking at the monster. He sighed looking at the monster.
"....Yeah bastard. I hate you too"
