Kiro's Point of View:
I woke up early in the morning, head hurting. Yesterday, I went to the bar with my friends and I also remembered that I was with a girl last night but I left because I was too drunk and I didn't know what I was doing. I got up and immediately looked at the time and saw that it was 7:00 in the morning. Oh, hell. Today is our first day at school.
I go to the bathroom to get rid of my headache. I don't know how I ended up in my penthouse but I don't care anymore as long as I got here safe and sound.
I took a quick shower and since my uniform is here, I don't need anything else. I am already in Senior High and luckily, I finished the previous school year without a low grade. Daddy doesn't want that, especially Mommy, that's why I avoid having that grade on the card.
I wore a white long sleeve polo, a black pants, and a blazer. I fixed my lip ring on the right side of my bottom lip and fixed my hair. I took a deep breath. The urge to sleep still didn't leave my entire system.
I texted my friends and they told me that they're already on their way to school. I shook my head as I looked at the time and grabbed the bottled iced coffee inside the refrigerator before going out of my room.
My cell phone rang and I saw Charlie's name. I held my phone to my right ear as I walked towards the elevator.
[We're on our way, bro.]
"Sure. Wait for me," I said to Charlie and instead of replying back, he hung up the phone which made me laugh.
I got in the car and quickly drove my way to school. I know today's the first day of classes, but I can't help but go to the bar last night to vent out my anger. My Mom wanted me to marry Stephanie because of the company and I really don't like that girl because apart from being obsessed with me, I also don't like her attitude. Yes, she's beautiful and sexy but it's a big NO for me to marry her because somehow, I still have respect for Charlie.
Bro's over girls.
That's the rule of our gang but there's this person who didn't follow that rule and even managed to take the woman that I love from my hand. My jaw clenched and I let out a deep sigh, remembering the things that they did to me. They're the reason why I became like this.
"Kiro!" I heard Austin's loud voice as he approached me. "I guess you don't want to go this early huh?"
I smirked. "I want to enjoy the first day."
He gave me a smirk before we decided to go to the gym where our orientation will be held. Bunch of giggles filled my ear but I ignored them because my attention was on my phone. When we reached our destination, the numerous students greeted our eyes.
"There are more students who enrolled this year than before," Jordan said and waved at the girls who were calling his name.
Some people say that we're famous here. We can do everything we want because we know that they are all afraid of us, especially me. I use women to satisfy my needs and wants and no one can tell me what I can do and what I cannot do because, swear, hell will break loose.
"Yesterday, Matthias forgot to hide the girl's underwear and her sister was so angry."
We all laughed because we were there when Cassy was furious because of what her brother did.
"Dang, such a mood-wrecker! I didn't expect her to see that!" Mattias looked at us with a frown.
I was stunned when I saw someone at the entrance of the gym, making me put my sunglasses at the top of my head. Five people entered the gym and walked like they own the whole world but my attention was on the middle one with orange hair. She's wearing skinny jeans, a crochet top, a white beanie, and her ankle boots.
"Who's that?" Jordan asked and looked at the woman whom I was looking at. "Why is she wearing a face mask?"
"Maybe she's ugly," I laughed and looked at the woman. Her arms crossed over her chest and there were no emotions in her eyes.
"Fuck," Charlie laughed. "We will see her face soon."
The orientation started but I couldn't help but look at that girl with ginger orange hair. I don't know why I feel this way. She is arrogant and I feel like she is stepping on my ego.
I frowned when I saw her look in our direction, I saw her mask move and annoyance rose in my heart when she arched her eyebrow at me.
Arrogant as hell.
"What's wrong with her?" I whispered. "Her clothes are ugly, and so is she."
I just shook my head to erase the thoughts forming in my head and listened to what Grandpa was saying. He is the owner of this school so I can do what I want to do.
I played with my lip ring and a sigh of relief escaped from my lips the moment the orientation ended. Thank goodness. That orientation was so boring.
We walked towards our classroom because we're in the same section.
"She's mysterious," Jordan said softly while looking at the woman who was now standing and talking to Grandpa.
"Tss. Don't tell me that you fell in love with her at first sight?" I asked, brows furrowed and jaw clenched, and adjusted my bag.
Charlie and I laughed but we were stunned when we saw Joy, the loudest student. She rolled her eyes on us, making me cringe. She was talking to the woman wearing black clothes. We went to the canteen and sat on one of the chairs, thinking of what to do with that girl because she was too arrogant and I didn't want that.
"What's your problem? "Don't tell us you're upset again?" Austin said with a smile. "You were like that to the previous transferee."
I raised my brow. "She's too arrogant and she's getting the attention that was solely for me."
They all grinned. I really don't want to have a rival for attention. I don't receive any attention at home, that's why receiving it in school makes me happy. What am I blabbering about? Cringe.
"Let's go! Someone might–grandpa?" I was surprised to see Grandpa who was now with an orange girl. "Grandpa."
"Why are you still here?" He frowned. "Are you going to cut class again like you did?"
I was stunned and my gaze shifted to the orange girl who raised her eyebrows. Her face mask moved, showing that she was smiling. I clenched my fist and gave her a glare. I didn't know why she was smiling at me. I took a deep breath and smiled sweetly at Grandpa.
"I was about to go to my class, but I need to buy water," I said with a smile. "Aren't masks, hats, and clothes you're wearing prohibited at school?"
And when I saw how her forehead wrinkle, I knew right then that victory would be mine. She's too mysterious, it doesn't suit her.
Grandpa smiled, making me smile, too, because it was written in the rules and regulations of the school. I also saw that she has a lot of piercings on her ear, making me grin even more.
"Aren't lip and ear piercings also forbidden for men?" Joy said with a grin, wiping out the smirk off my lips.
"Shut up! Do I look like I'm talking to you?" I asked angrily.
She laughed and I also saw that the orange girl bowed her head down and her mask moved again. I clenched my fist and immediately gave Joy a one last glance before we left there. I was irritated again. Austin patted my shoulder so I looked at him and he just laughed.
"In fairness, she has beautiful eyes."
Austin laughed at what Jordan said.
"Looks like there will be a war between Kiro and a transferee again."
I grinned. If I really have war in mind, I will do it. She is too arrogant in my eyes, that's why I want to remove her from this school that I own. I will give her the war she deserves.
I smiled.
Victory will be mine.
