They immediately head towards the king's private room, both enveloped in sullen and ominous silence. The clanking of her heels and his shoes reverberated against the marbled floor. Aramis silently observed the evidently tensed princess beside him. Apprehension was written all over her face.
'She must be so shocked.' He silently commented. Who wouldn't? Even he was confounded that the King might actually have another daughter outside of his marriage.
They reached the door in no time with their long strides. When the officers saw them, they immediately bowed and greeted Aurnia before they opened the massive double doors to the private chamber.

Aurnia walked inside along with Aramis, closely following her behind. She noticed his presence behind her slowly fading, so she turned around and saw him walking towards a corner that wasn't too far from where her parents were sitting on a velvet couch.
