How could he let what was so special to him go that way because of a woman he didn't know anything about except her virginity?!
But as much as he wanted to blame Isabella, he found no fault in her. She just sold her innocence to him and couldn't possibly steal anything from him.
She was basically the first woman he had found so spotless, thus he couldn't blame her.
After struggling out of the traffic, he drove back to the hotel, knowing that he just had to go up there, search for what he wanted and leave, so he waited for the lady entering a taxi to find her way before parking at that spot as he wouldn't spend time in the hotel.
The moment the car drove from that spot, he parked and walked as fast as he could to the elevator. The slow motion of the elevator irritated him, causing him to almost explode as he was in a hurry. He didn't park his car right.
Eventually, he found nothing in the room. She had left the room clean as if no one was in. They literally didn't do anything to mess up the room so it should be clean.
That wasn't necessary at the moment because his necklace was gone!
Luke did not have her phone number and didn't know anything about her except her name.
After staring into space for a while, a staff member walked in to inform him about his car disturbing the convenience of others.
Disappointed, he left the room and drove straight to his house in a bad mood. A sweet night ended with a bad morning. It was supposed to be joy in the morning, not sorrow!
His mother knew something was wrong when he entered the house with a moody face. However, he greeted her before landing in his room and settling in his bed.
In frustration, he rumpled his hair and tossed his car keys away. Despite not wanting to blame Isabella, he groaned her name loudly as he was furious with himself for easily getting bewitched by that virgin.
Meanwhile, earlier, Isabella spotted his car when she was waiting for a taxi but she doubted that it actually was his car so she didn't bother herself and left. How she was going to return his necklace to him was the problem now. She didn't know his name. She just had to wait for him to find her.
Perhaps she could just visit the restaurant again. She might meet him there. For now, she had to go withdraw the money she got. Isabella was still happy about her achievement. She'd pay their electricity bills and also free her family from loans. They'd enjoy it!
Those thoughts burst her head as she couldn't contain the happiness that filled her heart. She wished she could share it with her sister but she couldn't.
… …
Mia had been busy searching for the rich popular nineteen-year-old boy that claimed her as his girlfriend to the whole school.
Her friends had been helping her search for him but she sent them away when she felt she was bothering them. Walking down the hallway, she checked the last empty class to successfully find her offender.
The boy was with his jobless friends.
She had to settle things with him as she never knew if he had offended him unknowingly for him to post on his Instagram page about a relationship they shared that never existed.
Audaciously, she pushed the door open, announcing her presence to the three who were writing a song. They were into music.
"Gabriel?" She mentioned his name with her eyes on him, sternly. They stared at each other as if they were battling with their gazes.
His jaws were what she laid her eyes on first when he turned to face her with that smile that told her that he was up to no good.
"Mia," he said.
'Mia'
For some reason, she didn't know why she suddenly adored his voice and the way he called her name. Weirdly, his voice mentioning her name went on and on in her head until she shook it off her head. She wasn't there to admire him. He was a sinner and she needed to make it clear to him that she wasn't interested in his rubbish.
But as he stood up to face her completely, she felt suffocated in a pleasant way, which was strange.
His shirt was unbuttoned and he was tall, taller than she was, which appeared to be threatening but still she was going to confront him.
Mia stared keenly at his face.
His lips were kissable but Mia wasn't interested.
He was handsome but she wasn't impressed. He possessed brown beautiful eyes but she found nothing special about them.
Mia just didn't want to find him attractive.
"Girlfriend," he said before placing his hand on her waist only to pull her closer. His friends immediately took pictures of both of them before Mia could take any action.
She couldn't even protest when he drew her closer as she was stunned.
When she received her mind back, she pushed him off and straightened her uniform before finally facing him. "What are you…" Gabriel interrupted her.
"Babe, I can distinctly see how attractive your boobs are, you really don't need to press your shirt down to show me that again." He got on her nerves by laughing.
Wanting to rage but wisely controlling herself, Mia bit her lower lip and groaned. "I don't even know you, Gabriel!" She cried out.
"You can call me Gabe or babe." Gabe was already finding pleasure in annoying her.
He then tilted his head and walked closer to her. Of course, Mia stayed away from him by pushing back. She didn't want him to touch her.
"Not closer!" She warned.
"Why are you doing this? I only wanted to ask if you'll drop by my house tonight, after all, I am your boyfriend." Leaning closer to her, he whispered.
Only Mia knew how irritated she felt by his disgusting and unacceptable statement.
As she was already angered, she spat on his face and waited for his action.
Gabe leaned back to balance on his waist. He looked behind him to see his friends warning him with their eyes.
He turned back to Mia angrily, coating his expression with a smile but she could see it and she felt satisfied. However, Mia wondered what he was going to do to her because everyone had always said he was nothing but a spoiled playboy who didn't care about anyone's feelings.
"You caused it," Mia said when all he did was stare at her. Silence reigned.
"I don't know you so I can't be in a relationship with you. I know that this is a play on me and you are enjoying it but I'm not. I'm sorry, Gabe."
Mia lifted her hand to wipe his face only for him to grab her hand and stiffen his grip around her wrist, causing her pain.
Mia wasn't scared, she was just worried. It was her reputation he was playing with by posting such absurd things on his page. How did he even get her photo?
But; "Sorry?" He murmured.
