Rex's Wind Qi hit the door. Absolutely nothing happened. He thought he missed heard when the voice wanted the young lady to do. He thought it meant him.
"Wind Qi user confirmed, Rex."
A moment of pause.
"Wrong Identication used. A male was not supposed to hit the door."
Rex was stunned. If they knew that the daughter already had Wind Qi. Why would they ask to confirm it?
"Your turn." Rex said.
The crying girl could not even control her Wind with her emotions all over the place. She decided to just crawl back into whatever hole she could find.
Rex was not letting go not matter what. He comforted her in whatever way he could think of. Nothing seemed to work.
"I failed to open the door. You must use your Wind Element to open that door. Unless you are afraid of what is to come? If you are, that is fine. I will help you no matter what." Rex said.
The girl looked at Rex with her teary eyes. A quick sniffle was heard and see looked at the door. Panic, fear, sadness, and a chop to the top of the head she felt.
When she patted her head, anger filled her eyes. She thought Rex was going to help her not hurt her.
"Why?" The girl uttered through her still mind.
"You had too many emotions going through your face. Of course, I was going to help you." Rex answered.
She felt stupid. Even though, help almost always did not come in that way. She felt that Rex actually had a point.
Pushing aside her emotions, she conjured a massive ball of Wind. When it hit the door, the process was not exactly what the duo hoped.
"Wind Confirmation, Fenggo."
A moment of pause.
"Since Fenggo, has failed to push the door once. Rex will have the opportunity to open the door." The voice said.
Rex was absolutely stunned at the response. He wondered why such tactics were even being used.
Fenggo felt that her world had been shattered. Even though, she was just a child at the time, the door remembered what she did.
The emotions that she had pushed back resurfaced. She went to go find a hole to crawl in.
Rex was not sure why the beautiful girl was acting like that. He knew that the change had to start with opening the door.
"Fenggo, why do we not just push the door open together?" Rex asked.
"The door will feel both of you." Fengbo replied.
The actually jaw of the statue moved along with what he was saying. This made Rex feel like it was still alive.
"Fenggo, make sure that you always stay by his side. I do not care honestly how it is. You need a male who can look after you and you also need other women to befriend. I am sure that a person as strong as Rex has multiple women even begging him to keep their cheeks red." Fengbo said.
Fenggo felt upset that now her own grandfather was trying to hand her off.
"Remember, you are and will always be precious. I just want the best for you both." The statue of Fengbo seemed to return to its natural state.
Fenggo looked at Rex and felt that he needed to know what lies beyond the door.
"My grandparents always told me that beyond the door is a power waiting to help calm calamities, stop evil gods from torturing commoners, to help the weak and equal the strong. Those were always the main ones. Since I tried as a little girl, I guess the door does not want me to have that power anymore.
If you are able to open it, I promise to the highest authority that no matter what. My untouched state will become yours. As far as, marriage and the other crap goes. We will have to agree to disagree." Fenggo replied.
"Alright." Rex said.
He went over to the door and used his Wind Qi and strength to utterly push open the door. When the door was opened wide, a birthday table was set up for Fenggo. This surprised her the most.
She went over and found a letter placed beside her plate. She went and opened it.
'Dearest daughter Fenggo,
We understand that you actually tried to open the door up years ago. No matter the issue, when you have man keep the man pleased. This is not only from your mother but grandmother as well. As per the contract sealed in this place, you are going to become the man's property. It does not matter of it is marriage, concubine, whore, or even the lowest of titles being a slave.
The reason why you failed the first time was because the contract was not ready for you. It also could not just allow you to have another chance. When the contract decided to hold its standards up. We fought hard and a stalemate with us on the losing side came to fruition.
Now that you are free like the bird you have always been. Please enjoy the ride of your life. Remember always take care of yourself and enjoy what little time you have. We are not true immortals but that does not mean that people have not looked up to us in the past.
It seems like the contract is about to attack again. Make sure to reveal your birthday suit to the contract once you have ate from the stuff placed on the table.

When Fenggo read it, she felt creeped out that her mother knew that the table would be spread out. She did not know what the contract was nor why she needed to be naked.
She was ready to take an adventure into this place that was sealed for whatever reason. Just before Fenggo cut her piece of cake. Rex asked to read the letter that was placed on the table. Fenggo was more upset but allowed Rex to read it. There were more questions that Rex needed answered before the duo would continue.
