'In front of me...' His eyes diverted to the front, and a girl with round glasses was seated at the forefront and exactly ten meters away.
'If a gate will manifest ten meters in front of me, won't it affect her?'
[If she is too close, it could kill her or force her to awaken]
'Is that a good or bad thing?'
[It could be very lethal to her]
[There is an enormous quantity of mana]
[Too much for a human to handle]
'That settles it!' Ayo rose to his feet, making the two boys flustered.
"Hey, you almost scared us for a second... are you now fearless because you are big?" The one seating at his table who has flustered away from his initial position said as he regained his cool.
"Right, we are even talking to you... you are not even doing a line you care." The other one added.
The atmosphere of the class was the common norm, it was in the morning and they were chatting with each other as they awaited the arrival of their teacher.
[Gate manifesting...]
The blue sky outside in a split moment got very dark like it was about to rain and the air got thicker so the students began to gasp for breathe few minutes later. The boys beside him were the first to grab their necks and turned away from him in hopes of escaping whatever it was that was clenching their lungs.
Ayo putting one step on his table flew over the students in front and landed in front of the student who was seated in the front. As much as surprised as the students were the entire place was already in disorder as students ran out of the class, thinking it was because of the air in the class but it was the same with every class and even on the outside.
~cough~
~cough~
She coughed gently and slowly rose her head, she was so consumed in what she was scribbling that she didn't realize what was going on.
~crack~
Ayo didn't wait to look at where the sound came from he grabbed her and swung to the left.
~crack!~
~WHAM!!~
In a quick moment, a large hole cracked out of the space, and the air around it began to blow away the desk and chairs. The girl's eyes widened as she saw this, even Ayo found it intriguing.
"So this is a gate break?" He muttered.
[No, this is a Gate Manifestation]
[Normally A gate break should happen only several days after gate Manifestation]
[But it will happen in minutes]
'Why?'
[Someone has messed with something]
~CRACK~
~CRACK~
~CRACK~
Like a shattering glass, the gate began to fall apart.
"Go out," Ayo said to the girl.
"What about you?" she asked in return.
"Don't worry about me, I'll be fine." He assured her.
"I'll go get help" She yelled and ran outside.
"I will prefer it if you don't though," Ayo muttered as he pulled the black sword out of space.
He put it on his shoulder as he awaited the surprise that was going to come out of the gate.
[Are you not scared?]
"I am..."
[Your face says the contrary]
"That's how my scared face is."
~growl~
The monster's voice came out before it, and it revealed itself, a black-furred wolf but was not of small size, the world was taller although not as tall as him, but its fangs were large enough and it had two tails joined to one.

Several other wolves began to come out of the gate and Ayo was faced with nine wolves in front of him.
A bilious expression invaded his face, and he looked down at the wolves with disgust.
"You have got to be kidding."
~Grooowwwwlll!!!~
~whack~
~wimp~
He kicked the first wolf out the window, and consequently the others, targeting their head in particular, some were smashed on the wall and died right there.
"This must be a joke..."
[This is a joke because you listened to me]
~Thud!~
He smashed the last wolf's head to the ground.
[You have gained 20 exp]
"Even the exp point are not even enough for me to level up damn it!!" He complained, brushing his hair upwards and exhaling frustration.
"Ahhhh!!!!" The girl in round glasses came running inside with a bat in her hand, ran past Ayo, and was going to go straight for the gate but he grabbed her back by her hair.
"What do you think you are doing?" he asked and released his grip on her.
She paused and looked around, "What are these? wolves?"
"Not your regular wolves... these are monsters." He responded to her as he placed the black sword on the desk beside him and rolled the sleeve of his uniform jacket.
"What are you doing?" The girl asked.
Ayo paused and looked at her, "Right now, no one can help us... we have to help ourselves." He stated to her, "I am going into that portal." He proclaimed, looking at the gate.
"Then I will follow you." She said and held her bat within her bosom. Ayo sized her up from up to down with a deadpan face.
"Who are you following...?" He asked with the same face.
"You! If you can fight these monsters I can do so too. Plus there's nowhere for anyone to go..." she adjusted her glasses.
[Another gate seemed to have manifested around the school's main entrance]
Ayo sighed and looked at her again, "It might be very dangerous in there, so whatever happens to you is not my fault." He said to her and brought out the green blade katana from space. The gesture itself shocked the girl.
"Take this, you need something that can cut."
Even though she looked like she wanted to ask how he did that, she just accepted the katana sword which pulled down her hand a little but she lifted it well and hugged it.
"I'm ready." She said, with an expression full of Vigor.
He looked down at her hand again with an irritated expression, 'I can't with girls... she would probably die or something.' He said in his mind and turned to the gate that was resonating with a massive quantity of mana, it had a round form and was large enough to fill the height of the classroom from the floor to the ceiling and from outside looked like a whirlpool.
Ayo pointed the sword ahead of him, and slowly pushed it into the portal, slowly stepping closer till he finally entered.
She panicked as she suddenly saw him enter the gate, but his hands came back out and pulled her in.
