Luo Yuan positioned his right hand on the doorknob to open it and Li Xia stood behind him waiting patiently.
As soon as he opened the door Muchen, who was standing on the other side of the door, fell forward on the floor along with Bai Qin and Cheng Liang. Startling Li Xia stepped backward and covered her mouth. Luo Yuan crossed his arm over his chest as he looked at them.
"Are you guys alright?" Li Xia asked in concern.
"I think you guys want to work overnight," Luo Yuan spoke in a low tone.
Muchen, Bai Qin, and Cheng Liang got up quickly and brushed the dust from their clothes and hair. They gave Luo Yuan a sheepish chuckle.
"No, no we were just passing by," they said in unison.
"You guys carry on," they said in unison with a slight bow. Luo Yuan turned behind him and saw Li Xia laughing lightly at them.
"Was it funny?" he inquired annoyedly. She shook her head and tried to stifle her laughter.
