Kaiden Jiang got out of the taxi and looked around, hiding his face in his black hoodie, his eyes reflecting the scene of thousands of people gathered outside the music industry arena.
All kinds of people had come here to participate in the auditions for Sky entertainment, a singing program that topped the ten rating charts all over New York, USA.
Most of the participants were waiting with their family and friends, while most of them had come alone to see the famous musician Kaiden, to see him sing and hoped to get his autograph tonight.
Some had come with the confidence to win
the show, while many of them were here for
the chance to showcase their raw talent, not
confident in their singing abilities yet still hoping to be able to pass the preliminary rounds.
Some people were just there for attention.
They were the ones who had come with the
wackiest of outfits to stand out from the rest.
The guitar on his back was heavy; thus, it
was hard to move through the crowd, but he
somehow managed it and according to his manager, in such circumstances should anyone recognise him, he wouldn't put on a show tonight.
After reaching the hall, he went directly to the counter. There were already many people in line, and he had to wait half an hour before he reached in front of the verification table. the security staff let him in, immediately he knew who he was and directed to an isolated entrance after they both nodded.
A small passage went on before Kaiden found himself in a huge room and was amazed by how luxurious it was; he could see this was his dressing room.
One of his personal staff popped out of nowhere and waved at Kaiden. "Come on, you need to dress, you have a lot of work to do.' The young blonde lady began bringing out all kinds of expensive dresses from the vast black wardrobe. "You wasted a lot of time back there, Kaiden, hurry up.' She ordered.
Kaiden smiled and began taking off his hoodie, he didn't mean to waste their time, he just wanted to sneak out and go perceive some fresh air, and be all by himself before preparing for the concert. Who knew time would run out so fast?
His almond eyes brightened, his expression was a cheerful one, he was more than five feet tall, his light blue hair cascaded down his shoulders that he packed it up and tied it into a ponytail. His arms and back had tattoos which are invincible to anyone unless he takes off whatever he was wearing. His small soft red lips were cute, his eye lashes were a bit long for a guy, has piercings on both of his ears which he normally uses his hair to close it from the public eye. His bright features could make anyone comfortable, he is muscular and a bit built, toned smooth white skin.
He is quite cheerful and loves to take life easy around him.
"Take this.' She threw a white leather jacket at him, then some jeans. "Take, put this on. This is a limited edition, be careful with it.'
"Alright,'' he smiled. He knew she was stressed out from working in the industry since morning, he didn't want to cause that any further.
Kaiden had just finished dressing up for the concert, he had a lot of fans cheering up for him, he couldn't wait to give them such a good show, his singing voice makes the audience cry, he could remember how fascinating his previous show at the concert was, but what excited him the most was that he was going to see the Billionaire's famous Alphas at his concert, he heard that they brought tickets to the show and was going to be at the VIP suite watching him.
He's got to be at his best, he was nervous as fuck but at the same time, he couldn't help it, he wished he could just go see them and give them a big hug and even let them sign their autograph. What intrigued him the most was Clyde.
Clyde was the most handsome Alpha in the family and he's had a crush on him for years, but he knew he could never get close to him, he was at the top, far from his reach, and he could never catch up to him, but it was awesome though, having to see someone on TV every day but secretly wished he could, you know, probably get to know him much better.
Kaiden got up and made sure he was properly dressed and well approachable and didn't want to miss his chance with Clyde. Yet, on second thought, was Clyde gay?
How will he be able to meet him?
He had heard rumors about it, but he wasn't quite sure and neither had he hung out with any lady. The previous lady he hung out with said he was so arrogant and blunt, made them feel less worthy of themselves and got so angry, didn't even think of sleeping with him again, because of his rude behavior. While some of them said, he was just a complete jerk and didn't care about their feelings and rumours about him being bisexual.
If that was true, that means luck was really on his side, it would be quite suffocating if he was straight.
The others who hadn't interacted with him at all said good stuff about him. However, Kaiden just wanted to get to know him and see what he was made of and couldn't wait for the concert to begin.
The concert began and everyone was cheering for Kaiden to show up.
Kaiden was nervous like shit, his body shuddered, feeling cold and then warm all of a sudden.
He brought out a syringe and injected two doses of suppressants in his arm, wincing at the pain of its needle piercing his arm. He took it out carefully not to cause more blood to flow, cleaning the spot with cotton wool exhaling and inhaling, glad he injected it in him, he didn't want to risk perceiving an Alphas pheromones and going wild on stage, this will keep him at bay.
When he was done with everything, he was about to step out when his manager came to him.
"Kaiden,' He called the young singer, a thirty year old man, who looked younger than his age. Anyone will think he was in his early twenties, not knowing he was more than that. He was dressed in a couple of jeans, white shirts and sneakers, almost like a high school student and kind of a nerd.
"Yes, manager,' Kaiden said happily until he saw his elder brother surface out of nowhere, the happiness on his face faded and turned into a solemn expression.
"What are you doing here? Did you come here to ruin my day?' He said quickly, this wasn't some leisure or a playground for his brother to come and do whatever he wanted, he wasn't letting him get his ways to do whatever he liked.
