"Kaiden, don't let his words discourage you, you have millions of people waiting for you, if you back out now, you will end up losing." The blonde lady who watched what occurred in front of her advised.
"Thanks, Clara, I just felt bad at his words," he admitted and forced out a smile.
He wiped a tear from his face after Clara handed him a white napkin.
"I know. They are people waiting out there for you, millions of them, influential and powerful ones from different cities came here for a reason and that's to hear you sing, it's high time you get up and do it or you will be letting everyone down, show them what you are made of, that you are better than what they think of you." She advised and Kaiden laughed surprised at her words, he's never seen her this calm and observed before, she was motivating him which made him smile and nodded his head at her.
"Thanks a lot, Clara. Thank you,' Kaiden said, smiling.
"You are highly welcome,' he smiled. "Now, get up so the makeup artist can take a look at your face once more and sprinkle some perfume on you again.' She said and Kaiden happily agreed, getting up and going to his seat, putting what just happened at the back of his mind, it was time to turn and see his life in another dimension, he wasn't going to be moved by what people say to him again, this was new and he was going to do it.
He was going to this concert, made sure he poured out his heart into it and tried as much as possible to divert his attention from his family and focus it on Clyde.
It wasn't going to be easy but he's got to give it a try.
He went to the seat, stayed in front of the mirror and smiled at himself.
"Janet, please fix my face."
"Leave it to me,'' she said happily and began her job, but Kaiden was busy thinking of Clyde and how incredible that he didn't realize his thoughts were showing on his face.
"Your cheeks are pink, Kaiden thinking of your crush,'' the makeup artist teased the young celebrity, whose name was Janet. She had red hair, green eyes, slim in stature and a bit curvy, five point six feet tall, pink lips and her face was kind of a heart impression.
She was Kaiden's friend but not close, though he was an Omega, she didn't care and treated him more than a friend should treat one, he was the first celebrity to ever be polite to her, and the others she worked for always have a one way or the other to be rude and nasty to her. However, Kaiden was different, and that's why she likes working for him, more than the others.
His face lit up shyly and quickly covered his cheeks. "Nope, I'm not blushing.'
Janet laughed. "Of course you are, Kaiden, I can see it in you,' she smiled mischievously.
"No way, I don't have a crush.' He lied, how could he bring himself to tell her, he's been having a crush on the famous Billionaire Alpha for years, he couldn't bring himself to spill his deepest secrets.
The handsome Alpha, this was a dream come true, he couldn't believe, he was going to be seeing him.
"I know you do,' she laughed. "Now, now, stop touching your cheeks, you will ruin the makeup, Mr Kaiden."
He tried his best not to think of Clyde and dropped down his hands and sighed.
"Now, up you go and shine in the light.' Janet encouraged him and he smiled as he hugged Janet.
"Thank you,' he said.
"You are welcome, handsome.' She cheered.
"And you too, beautiful.' He winked.
"Oh, my! Don't flatter me, Kaiden.' She said cutely as she held her cheeks like a fangirl Clara had to nudge Kaiden away from the dressing room or else, they would be there all day and miss the concert as the others laughed.
Kaiden smiled as he waved at Janet, he soon got to the spot and stood in front of the curtain.
"You are about to enter the spotlight, get ready and make sure to clear your throat,' another one of his staff advised, Kaiden nodded.
He stared at the curtain in front of him, which was pretty dark, he could hear the loud voices cheering and the audience shouting his name.
KAIDEN! KAIDEN! KAIDEN!
He exhaled and inhaled once again, closed his eyes for a few seconds and smiled, trying to calm down his skipping heart when he was calm and could feel himself again, he said. "I'm ready to be in the spotlight, open the curtains.' He ordered and they opened it, bright light shined on him as he came through the stage, smiling and waving at everyone who was screaming and holding up cardboard containing his name and the love they all had for him.
He laughed, his eyes searching the crowd and fell on his father, his heart skipped a beat but he shut his eyes and smiled, forcing himself to shift his eyes away and moving his eyes to the next in line was Clyde.
Clyde.
The Alpha, he was actually here.
The famous one from the Cuetlachtli family was here.
So, it was true.
Clyde sat down in the VIP suite, his cheek on his clenched fisted hand while his elbow was resting on the arm seat, folded his legs across each other and was staring at Kaiden.
His hair was white, muscular and beautiful with blue eyes, how could an Alpha be this handsome?
"Clyde,' he muttered.
Clyde, who was sitting, realized the singer was staring at him, yet his solemn expression wasn't fazed.
"Do you know him?' Chevy whispered to Clyde, staring at the singer.
"No, I don't know him." He simply replied nonchalantly.
"But he is staring at you,' Chevy, his elder brother whispered. "It seems he likes you."
Clyde's expression darkens as he stares at the Omega with no emotions in his eyes.
