The healing has started,
The wounds, finally started to close,
That emptiness I've inside,
It's filling, I suppose.
My darkest hours,
Have turned to dawn,
And the hole in my gut,

The hopelessness carried,
Having nowhere to belong,
Hung its weary hat,
Making a bed to stretch out long.
