After briefly appearing as though he had witnessed the end of the world, the Escort regained his composure.
Soon after, he pulled out a small magical object from his clothing and presented it to Ricky with one hand.
"Take it. You are entitled to this because you defeated me three times."
Ricky looked at the amazing object. The information appeared as soon as he received it.
Name: [ Teleportation Scroll ]
Rank: Rare
Effect: You can go to any place you remembered within Tir.
Ricky made an effort to remain as composed as he could.
He controlled his breathing and regain his composure.
To Ricky, this item was superior to the Fire Shard, despite the latter's inability to continuously spew flames.
"To a location I recall..."
Although he couldn't go back to Earth, he might be able to use it quite effectively.
That there was no distance restriction was strange.
Ricky might not have needed this object much if he had been just starting.
But because the current Ricky had his old memories, he was the best person to exploit this item.
With the Teleportation Scroll, he could teleport to a spot that isn't yet known and monopolize the prizes, or he could more quickly acquire a hidden class.
However, neither of those ideas entered his head the moment he set eyes on the teleportation scroll.
" Unseelie Redcap."
Even though humans have been summoned and brought into Tir for a very long time, there are still many uncharted territories and places.
Due to Armageddon's prophecy, every guild and clan will begin organizing a thorough expedition of Tir in five years. At that point, they came across Unseelie Redcap.
One particular fairy went by the name of "Unseelie Redcap."
Fairies were able to change their appearance despite having the look of a four-legged rock in their natural state.
Additionally, they could take on the characteristics of the target they shapeshifted into.
And among those they shapeshift was... a phoenix.
They would emerge from the rock as a phoenix once they sensed that their lives were in danger.
Unseelie Redcap, however, was too cowardly and sprinted away as soon as it changed.
He could have been able to use it as a raw material to make at least a Semi-Legendary weapon if he could have only managed to capture it.
He expected a huge expansion of his abilities even if he were to ingest it because a phoenix's heart was an unending source of magical strength.
Even though the phoenix was slightly less powerful than a dragon, its heart was on par with a dragon's.
A normal phoenix would be impossible to catch, but one that had been altered by Unseelie Redcap could even be caught by Ricky.
Getting the heart of a phoenix is superior to the majority of benefits he could get from a location marked by the Constellations.
The challenges were made to be impossible for a single person to accomplish, which was even worse.
The main difficulty in catching Unseelie Redcap was that the region he lived in was pretty far into a Demon's territory, therefore he needed to become stronger to covertly cross it.
"Is that it? ", Ricky pretended to be disappointed.
Because he was the only one who could utilize the item, it had a purpose for him; otherwise, it would have been a meager gift for any other beginning.
The Escort's expression also became sterner.
"Why do you ask whether this is all? You never know, it might be a life-saving tool."
"Don't I get a prize every time I win?"
He gained the Escort Fire Shard on the first bet. He won the Teleportation Scroll a Magical Item on the second, and Ricky now appeared to be anticipating what he would receive for his third victory.
"You... incredibly greedy! "
"You are the one who promised to reward a victory."
"Urgh. Fine. Why don't you let me know what you want for the final reward? As long as your request is feasible, I will try to fulfill it."
It was clear that he would straight up decline the challenging requests.
In addition, Ricky didn't have any special requests for him.
"Ensure my protection for the next ten days."
Given that this request corresponded with the Escort's initial request to guide him, Ricky was confident that the Escort would grant it.
"10 days? Long enough. I'll stop at three days.
Let's settle for three days, then.
Ricky gave a head nod.
A day or two would have been enough.
He specifically requested ten days since he anticipated the Escort would barter. Three days was a fantastic outcome.
The Escort was astounded by Ricky's effortless agreement.
Ricky, on the other hand, was aware of the nature of the Escort's existence.
" A former mage and subordinate of Lugh who can only live in this Red Forest."
A legendary figure who lives for approximately a thousand years, an outstanding wizard.
He served as both a protector and an escort.
The Red Forest was fully shielded by his presence.
Even the most powerful Evil Gods were unable to enter the Red Forest with ease.
He couldn't leave the Red Forest, though, because, in a sense, he was the Red Forest.
It was because he had grown old enough to have long since passed away.
However, he had heard that the Escort could occasionally reverse back the time on his physical body.
It was magic, and the Red Forest was the only place it was allowed.
This was the reason he appeared naive at the moment.
His physical body had to pass away for his mind and his body to properly awaken the supreme Wizard's power because they would always go back in time.
