It had been one week since my return from Wolfbeek Forest. After the challenging journey, I decided to join a gym specifically designed for awakened individuals, even though it was a bit expensive. The investment paid off, as my stats improved, and I advanced to F- rank. My agility was not as fast as I'd like, but progress was progress. Additionally, I started practicing the basics of sword training to prepare myself for the academy.

However, doubts clouded my mind. The trip to obtain a sword art seemed risky, considering my lack of attack skills and mediocre swordsmanship. But attending the academy without a sword art meant my survival was uncertain, especially with the looming threat of demon attacks on the school.

Feeling overwhelmed and exhausted, I checked my Z-watch balance, which had dwindled to 6500UC after expenses. My previous self had left groceries, saving me from spending on food. Moreover, my natural mana control was improving, even without any formal training.

The sword art I sought was situated in Caesar Mountain, a place known for the discovery of an SS rank item. With limited time before school commenced, I prepared for the journey, packing supplies into a backpack. Not having a dimensional storage space made carrying the load challenging.

After a train ride and a taxi journey, I found myself on the picturesque Caesar Mountain, where other hikers also explored. Despite the extreme heat, I continued my hike, fueled by determination.

Finally, at the peak of the mountain, exhaustion overcame me. Knowing the sword art was close, I decided to rest for the night before continuing my search.

Elsewhere, at Renasia Academy, the principal and a teacher discussed the new batch of students. The principal, an SS+ rank hero, surprisingly praised the students, believing they might be the future generation to defeat the demon king. This praise was unusual, as the principal usually disparaged the weak.

As the sun rose, I woke up early, ate, and resumed my quest. The sword art's location was a dojo accessible through a portal on the mountain, hidden inside a distinctive tree - pitch-black with red leaves.

After a brief search, I found the tree and fulfilled the portal's requirements by consuming one of its leaves. The portal opened, beckoning me inside, and my heart raced with anticipation for the power that awaited me.
