Chapter 35 - Jenn's Obsession

Morning seemed to come fast, I woke up to my alarm blurring . It was Seven am and I just wanted to stay in bed. But I got myself up and went to shower with Jenn following me around like a puppy. She sits in the bathroom on the sink and she's talking to me like we been best friends forever. I know we something happened , come on Nitika I'm dying here. Tell me PLEASEEEE she say" why do you want to know if we kissed do you have some kind of fetish. Like do you get off on other people's sex lives. She laughs" nope only your's and it's because you went on a date with the hottest bachelor in California right now that every woman wants. I promise I won't tell anyone , girl scouts honor and she holds two fingers up to swear it . Oh shit your a pain in my ass Jenn" Well if not me then who else would be . Hmm let think I say actually" I Alex is a bigger pain then you are , see she says but I'm a good pain. Why are you in the bathroom with me can you let ne shower in peace and we can talk whenim finished . You pinky promise " and she holds her pinky up and I stick mine out from behind the shower . I pinky promise" as her wrap my pinky finger around hers. Okay I'll let you shower but I'll be waiting for you in the kitchen " I'll make breakfast for us , thank you . She leaves me to my shower and I finish up and get out and dry off and head to my bedroom . I apply a little makeup and blow dry my hair and add a few curls. I look in my closet deciding what to wear I decide on a white professional pant suit to look the part I was hired for. I get dressed and step out of my room only to hear Jenn yelling breakfast is ready, all though I don't want to face her I go and sit at the little island with stools as she hands me a plate of food a veggie omelet and a side of turkey sausage and toast , with a glass of orange juice. I take a bite and it melts in my mouth oh my God Jenn this is so good . She smiles and says thank you now tell me what happened last night . What I say" have you never been taught not to talk with food in your mouth . Of corse I have been taught that I wasn't raised in a barn Nitika. But your just trying to get of of telling me if Jacob West kissed you. Ok Jenn I put down my fork and turn to her and I tell her it was beautiful night" and we walked on the beach " and we had a couple glasses of wine. So yea it kind of went to our heads and yes we kissed" oh my God oh my god " I new it she says. But it was just a quick kiss and i pushed him away You what "" you was kissed in the moonlight by a sexy hunk of a man and you push him away" are you crazy Nitika she screams at me he's every girls dream and you pushed him away. I know i lied to her I just dont like people getting into my private life so I gave her what she wanted to hear " at least the kissing part . Jenn don't need to know how we got list in more the one kiss to the point where we was breathless. Maybe someday I will tell her all thst really happened, but right now I don't know her well enough to tell her everything. I am so disappointed in you Nitika she says with a sigh and I thought you had this steamy kiss and it turned out it was just a peck. I'm sorry Jenn I told you it was nothing and I also told you I'm not one of his groupies who throw themselves at him. I know but why push him away " she says . Because Jenn I refused to become like every other girl who is star struck by a bad boy rock singer . That makes sense Nitika but to.push him away " but anyways you kissed , what was it like, how did his lips feel. You never give up I laugh and she gives me a grin " a girl can dream she says. With that said " we put our dishes in the sink and head out to work.
