"Are you okay?" Lyle's soft voice jolted Davy awake, and he lifted his head and looked at his side.
"I'm fine," Davy said, nodding and smiling softly. However, he appeared to be distracted as he played with the food on his plate.
"Are you sure?" a deep voice asked, and Davy couldn't help but look in that direction. He was met by his calm blue eyes, but Davy did not lock gaze with him. He had the inkling that if he met those eyes directly, Fallan would immediately tell that something was wrong with him.
Davy pursed his lips as he nodded once more. In fact, he had no idea why he was distracted. When he woke up earlier, tears were flowing from his eyes. He tried everything he could to remember what he had dreamed about, but he couldn't. Davy, on the other hand, was certain he had dreamed of something significant. If that were the case, why would he cry in his sleep?
