Let's just say the bike was fast as fuck even off-road to others we was basically a blur the wind whipped past me hitting my face Layla held on my waste title as for Dasiy he Literally fell asleep had many stories about creatures like that if you think those are scary then you have heard story of skinwalkers some people say not deer are skinwalkers but I ant shore Layla stayed quiet we kept they were with the templars and they were watching us but as soon as the birds saw me look at them they took off no you don't I said pulling out one of my revolvers and took four shots the first shot missed the second shot killed one as for the other two shots one missed the last shot blow off its wing killing it I reloaded my revolver and holstered it and I touched the back of my sickle sword from wood it looked primitive but it worked I seen a gate which was shut probably a good thing cuz running at the gate was 50 monsters these looked like huge red ants I saw people on the gate raining arrows down onto them but something was off when we got closer I could see it these red ants had bone armor over there body on the ground was over 100 people in groups of 10 or 20 killing the monsters that got past the archers and there were manydo to the ants having armor a black blur shouted down from the sky and flew beside us Slade yelled out saying you two are on your own do what you want I will go help the archers on the wall and from his cattle he pulled out a lever action rifle it was the exact same as the rifle that John Wayne used in his moves even down to the circle lever and caliber and with one hand he spun the rifle and the lever moved a round into the chamber he did all this in one motion and with ease and he was off Layla rolled her eyes saying some help he is right but my eyes were focused on the battle my eyes where glowing gold still so I could see the bones on these ants where made from many different creatures and wasn't man-made I found something that made me smile I seem one ant which was bigger than the rest it was in the middle of this ant swarm it was the most armored and protected Layla you're in command get them fuckers organized she was shocked what about you she yelled I laughed saying I found their leader and I won't let her escape but I need you help cuz I will be surrounded on all sides I will need you to lead cuz without your help I wasn't armored it turned into ash but I disappeared from my spot and appeared in front of the leader and again it snapped at me I blocked it with my bident it made me slide back but I didn't move it into green flame arrows and soon after that the arrows hit their targets but unlike before where the arrows bounced off the bone armor this time the green flame arrows sank into the bone armor and all the ants burst into green flames like they where all covered in oil I felt my body go weak and I feel to one knee and I was a bit out of breath but my eyes were still glowing gold staring at these green fires and I had a huge grin on my face one of my hands which was holding my chest I reached this hand out to it and shooting out from this green fire was my bident it flew right into my hand the green fire disappeared of the blade as soon as I touched it I used it to help me get up I leaned on it for a few seconds catching my breath I felt a hand touch my shoulder but I didn't look to see who it was cuz I knew it was Layla my eyes stopped glowing at that moment and the green fire disappeared and the only thing left of the ants was black earth and ash I turned to Layla still holding the bident she had a small smile on her face and that murderous look plus the red bloody fire that I seen in her eyes before was no longer there they felt warm and I seen understanding no fear or judgment but before Layla could say anything I heard laughter and jumping off the wood wall walking over to us was Slade he had his rifle resting on his shoulder he was smiling and laughing like he just heard the most funniest joke well done you two I we weren't expecting this but you two have blown our expectations of you two out good job kids know come the party is just starting and he turned around and started to walk back to the gate Layla rolled her eyes but didn't fight with him I used the Bident as walking stick I was still feeling a bit weak and would probably need to get some sleep soon but I walking into it quickly my motorcycle was parked around a bunch of people staring at it some even tried to reach out and touch her but I disappeared and appeared next to my bike I grabbed that person's hand who was trying to touch her I looked at this kid who looked shocked that I appeared from the shadows I wouldn't do that she doesn't like strangers touching her the kid nodded and I let go of his hand with a warm smile I looked around to the rest of them saying that goes for all of yall to unless you want to get hurt don't touch her but you can look at her they all nodded I nodded and disappeared again and appeared in Slade's shadow but I felt something off about his shadow like I was being watched but that feeling faded fast when I appeared Slade looked at me smiling little question him it was his secret so I didn't pry we walked through this camp it was as big as the one Layla and I was from this camp didn't have sections for pantheons so I assumed they was all together but I got to say for a newer camp this place was well belt and had more people then I thought and everyone looked battle-hardened and when I say everyone had weapons I meant it even the smiths and farmers had weapons on them as they worked even the young kids carried a dagger with them everyone stared as we walked by but they want back to what they were doing after we walked passed Slade lead us to a wooden hut in the middle if the camp he didn't knock on the door he just walked in like he owned the place we followed him in as we did we walked into a wide room in the middle of this room was a table and on this table was a map of the camp and the mountains around it leaning on the table looking down at this table was two people one male the other female both of them looked interesting the woman had red ruby skin her hair was long and firy and let's just say I could feel the heat coming off her she had on gold metal armor and on her hip was an obsidian scimitar she was very pretty and she looked human so I guessed her parent was one of those gods or spirit made from all fire luckily she wasn't fired and had a human body her eyes where green glowing flames next to her was a man who looked like he was made from stone but it was only his muscles and skin color he had a huge axe on his back he didn't have on armor but loss clothing his eyes where white like marble when we walked in both looked over to us and the man walking around the stable opening his arms and with a huge smile and in a heavy accent he said Slade my old friend it's good to see you as he said this he gave Slade a bone popping huge after a few seconds he put Slade down Slade was out of breath from that but through his pants he said good to see you to Rocky but do you have to do that every time we meet this hulking man called Rocky chuckled saying what do you mean it's good for you don't act like you don't like my huge and these must be the two kids you brought with you he looked over to us with a toothy smile and walked up to is I had to look up to him I was 6 foot 3 or 4 but this man was probably 8-foot tail he leaned down a little to look is both in the eyes he looked over to Layla saying mmmm daughter of Arus I would say strong in both mind and body which is rare for a kid of Arus you lead are members well then he looked over to me and he seen the bident in my hand saying and you must be a child of Hades but that eye of yours means you're also a kid of Hela and Hades so you're the boy that Zeus tried to kill you took charge and charged head first into danger with no care you have faith in your own power but more importantly you had faith on her he said glancing back to Layla good job kids he said laughing licking us up in his big arms which felt like rocks and he gave Flare he held out his hand the woman who was called Flare smiled and shook his hand and I could see smoke come up from there hands but when they released there hands Slade's hand was fine not even red or nothing Flare turned to us saying it's good to meet you two and thank you for your help we would have been fine without your help but still we appreciate it I chuckled saying I assume it was your plan we fucked with I would say sorry but I don't regret anything Flare laughed saying you got guts kid at least you got that going fore you and she held out her hand I took it shaking hands when she touched my hand it felt like I put my hand into a campfire but I didn't care the forge I work with at home is way hotter than that she was a little shocked but didn't say anything we released each and I looked at each other gulping and slowly we turned around we both had a confused look like we was doing nothing wrong but when we looked into there cold eyes a shiver want down our spines Layla and Flare pointed to the chairs in the corner and at the same time they said sit we both side and slowly walked over to the chairs are head's low trying to avoid eye contact when we sat down Layla and Flare want back to there cat fight Rocky closed his eyes leaning back and I think he feel asleep I slowly did the same I didn't fully fall into darkness but I rested my mind and body.
