Chapter 14
Vice-Captain Ugwev abruptly raced around to create a diversion for his attack a few minutes earlier, while the two of them were looking at a distance. Ugwev quickly leaped and attacked after ten rounds.
Vice-Captain Ugwev's attack on Stygian is titled "Rune of Earth: Thrust of Spikes."
A powerful explosion happened as a result of his strike.
Ugwev was unhappy with his first attack and utilized his second point skill, "Rune of Earth: Earth's Domain - Stalagmite Emergence."
His assault generated a tremendous earthquake in their fortification.
They heard and felt a loud explosion and tremor within their garrison.
"Captain! Vice-Captain Ugwev and the fiend called Stygian are going to combat," Glie screamed.
Vice-Captain Ugwev continues to attack Stygian outside the garrison.
He utilized his "Rune of Earth: Thrust of Spikes" once again to pierce his opponent's body.
"HAHAHAHAH, IS THAT ALL YOU CAN DO, UGWEV? YOUR STRIKES ON ME ARE USELESS!" Stygian grumbled at Ugwev as he emerged from the fog created by the attacks.
Stygian, on the other side, assaulted Ugwev in a way that made Ugwev delighted with the result, "Shadow Barrage."
Vice-Captain Ugwev was shocked that the attack did not touch him, but he was relieved because it could have killed him. And all he answered was, "Your strike did not hurt me, Stygian." I thought you were adaptable? "Ugwev teased Stygian with a mocking yell.
Because of Stygian's attack, Ugwev considered utilizing runic spells to keep him at bay.
"Runic Spell 43: Worlds Opening" is the attack made by Ugwev so that it falls to the ground and can easily contain Stygian. Before Stygian fell, he followed it up with a few more runic spells "Runic Spell 44: Rock Blizzard" to have another attack that could potentially hurt him. His "Rune of Earth: Thrust of Spikes" attacked again.
It was as if he noticed something wrong with what was happening to him during his attack, which was mixed with joy and happiness.
During his attacks on Stygian, he was taken aback when someone emerged from underground, where he heard a strange, terrifying laugh.
"You're simply a poor guy; you have nothing against us; are you really a Vice-Captain? You're just like an average rune knight," Stygian said angrily.
"I'm not a Rune Knight! I'm a Hytac! I am a member of Nwar!" shouted Ugwev. "At its finest, Nwar. For peace, Nwar. Nwar eternally, Salute to Nwar" added Ugwev.
Stygian simply chuckled at what Ugwev said. Without Vice-Captain Ugwev's knowledge, eight shadow pillars formed around him.
Denim was worried about what was going on since it was encircling their vice-captain. "Linen and Satin! Who are those who came out near the vice-captain?" Denim was worried about what was going on. "Shadow Barrage"
"First Pillar of Shadow – Activate"
"Second Pillar of Shadow – Activate"
"Third Pillar of Shadow – Activate"
"Fourth Pillar of Shadow – Activate"
"Taste my strikes, Ugwev!" said Stygian. As Stygian spoke, a little black shadow emerged on each pillar, rapidly growing and encircled by black lightning.
Linen was aware of this. "Can you see the dark creature that came out of the pillars?" Linen said of his two friends.
"Yes, I saw that dark stuff," both of them said at the same time.
"Get ready, you two; we're going to assist Vice-Captain," Linen instructed his two colleagues.
They chose the Rune of Hyssop by Captain Wogwen because they learned it from their captain. Denim, linen, and satin began to focus and chant slowly in order to properly execute Agastache's fall and when it hit Stygian.Even though they knew it was not as strong as their captain's rune spell, they still tried it to help their Vice-Captain.
"Calm in simplicity, Whisper soft a seductive voice, Meant for human ear. Down through the ages from the dawn of time. Roam through the world of dreams. Up from the black of dreams mud. Calling out everything, Down, You will bring down. Come forth, Fall of Agastache."
Stygian began to employ the black balls created by each pillar to assault Ugwev as they increased in size. "Fusillade of the Initial Pillar": In his first attack, Stygian employed his pillars to strike; he hit them at the foot of Ugwev, causing them to sprang.
Vice-Captain Ugwev, who was seeking for Stygian, was completely ignorant that an attack had been launched against him. This had a negative impact on Ugwev, who was struck in the leg. He did not quickly rise up when the strike hit him. As a result, Stygian launched another attack.
"Fusillade of the Second Pillar"
"Fusillade of the Third Pillar"
Stygian used a double assault to avoid hitting Ugwev.
Ugwev noticed the coming black ball encased in black lightning that was about to strike him. He was able to utilize "Runic Spell 16: Wall of Tempered" to limit the force and effect of Styian's strike on him.
It didn't even become stable with the runic spell he cast, as just two assaults from Stygian's pillars pierced it. The rapidity of the occurrence, as well as the movement of the black ball, caused it to strike Ugwev's body instantaneously.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! WHAT IS THAT? YOU DIDN'T EVEN STAND MY ATTACK," Stygian teased as he looked at Ugwev's blood-splattered form.
Stygian could hear Linen, Satin, and Denim chanting as he viewed Ugwev's corpse. Stygian vanished from where he was standing and reappeared behind Satin.
Stygian murmured in Satin's ear, "Hello, feeble thing." Stygian seized Satin's head and pressed it down firmly as he muttered.
When it happened, the three of them's conversation was cut short. Linen and Denim sprang to their feet, ready to strike.
Linen's assault when he noticed the darkness in front of him was "Rune of Dyeema: Strike."
Denim launched an assault called "Rune of Nylon: Thread Tempest."
The two heard terrifying laughing coming from several sources. They're trying to figure out where it's coming from.
"Hey! What are you two attacking over there?" Stygian asked.
The two were so shocked that they moved away from the shadow they could see in the surrounding smoke. In the previous encounter, the two of them collided, almost attacking each other.
"Denim, can you see the enemy?" Linen asked.
"No, there's too much smoke," answered Denim.
"What point skills do you have there, Denim?" Linen asked again.
"My abilities are practically pure containment, but based on our opponent, it appears that they won't be powerful since they're too strong; even our Vice-Captain is in difficulty; how about this rune of mine?" Denim said terrified.
The wind shifted abruptly when Linen and Denim conversed while turning their backs. The two became increasingly tense and aware of their surroundings. As they stood there watching, they spotted many shadows crossing in front of them.
"Hello," Stygian said quietly into Linen's ear.
"You're next," Stygian said quietly to Denim.
The two were taken aback since they couldn't see who was speaking to them.
Denim casts "Runic Spell 35: Double Fire Release" to view the smoke surrounding them.
Linen then used "Runic Spell 36: Triple Fire Release" to broaden the light that came from the fire they employed.
When they used their runic magic, the two of them were taken aback when the surroundings fell quiet. "Have you done attacking?" someone nearby asked.
Linen was flung far away owing to Stygian's attack when they heard a loud whistle.
"3 down," Stygian remarked. "Ahhh, you're the last one, useless opponents," Stygian continued.
Denim's entire body is trembling, and he has no idea what to do because he is the last one left.
"Where are the garrison reinforcements?" Denim said, faltering.
"At its finest, Nwar. For peace, Nwar. Nwar eternally, Salute to Nwar" added Denim as he stuttered to speak.
Captain Wogwen's garrison within.
"What are we going to do, Captain?" Glie inquired.
"Captain, what is your response?" Tlen inquired.
"Yes, Captain," Insi said.
"Dividy, Pardy, and Cotton, get ready, and come with me; we'll go out," Tlen said.
"Stop it! No one will help them and they will be left to fend for themselves," Captain Wogwen yelled.
"But, Captain," Tlen replied to Captain Wogwen, "the four of them will perish out there."
Captain Wogwen questioned Tlen, "How will it have burst mode if you help?"
"Of course, Tlen! Isn't that what Fortran Captain Itzana did to us? Do you remember Tlen?" Insi questioned with a smile.
Tlen answered, "Yes, I remember it; that was the time I was about to die."
"Imagine that, Fortran Captain Itzana trained one hundred of us, and then there were only fifteen of us left," Insi remarked.
"Pardy, they have had awful experiences, and I'm sure these two are strong when they fight," Dividy said in hushed tones to Pardy.
"Perhaps I haven't yet seen them battle," Pardy said, "but they're constantly on distant assignments."
"After what occurred today, Tlen and Insi, you will compete in the Hytac Ranking Test," Wogwen told the two.
"Noticed, Captain," the two stated at the same time to Captain Wogwen.
"Tlen, keep an eye out and take the three with you; as for you, Insi, there are more adversaries on the way," Captain Wogwen warned.
"Your instructions will be carried out, Captain," Tlen responded.
"Let's go, Dividy, Pardy, and Cotton," Tlen said.
"Can you do it, Insi?" Captain Wogwen said.
"I'll bring Crepe with me, Captain," Insi said Wogwen.
"Hey Crepe? Can you do it? Insi won't help you if you want to fight, do you understand Crepe?" Wogwen asked Crepe, who was already dazed on the side.
Captain Wogwen repeatedly calls out to Crepe, who is dazed over the edge. Insi has contacted Crepe in order for him to return to his vision.
"Crepe, did you understand what I said?" Wogwen asked Crepe.
"Yes, Captain, I understood what you said" answered Crepe even though he didn't understand any of what Wogwen said.
"Alright, Insi and Crepe you can go now" said Wogwen.
Outside the garrison where Vice-Captain Ugwev, Linen and Satin were lying.
Stygian walked around Denim as he observed Denim's entire personality.
Vice-Captain Ugwev coughed, causing blood to come out of his mouth. Ugwev observed his surroundings. He can see Satin's body lying on the ground on the right. On the left, he can see Linen's body on the side of the ground where Linen is lying there.
Tlen, Dividy, Pardy, and Cotton may be seen standing by the garrison base's entrance. Because of the dense smoke, they kept a close eye on their surroundings.
"I don't see anything," Dividy stated.
"Yes, how can they oppose this?" Cotton inquired.
Tlen activated several Unicenje, allowing them to see where they were.
"Runic Spell 34: Single Fire Release"
"Runic Spell 35: Double Fire Release"
"Runic Spell 36: Triple Fire Release"
"Runic Spell 37: Veil of Fire"
"Runic Spell 38: Flame Sphere"
"Runic Spell 39: Bed of Fire"
"Runic Spell 40: Ring of Fire"
Dividy and Pardy also cast to assist Tlen in lighting up the surrounds.
Dividy directed "Runic Spell 37: Veil of Fire" and "Runic Spell 38: Flame Sphere" westward to see what was there.
Pardy, on the other hand, employed "Runic Spell 39: Bed of Fire" and "Runic Spell 40: Ring of Fire."
heading in the direction of the eas
Cotton cast "Runic Spell 36: Triple Fire Release" in the sky to allow them to see light.
In the position of Vice-Captain Ugwev.
Vice-Captain Ugwev gently rose up and spotted a reoccurring shadow near him, forcing him to employ his other point skills. When he saw the shadow in front of him, he used "Rune of Earth: Earth's Domain — Stalagmite Emergence" and then "Rune of Earth: Earth's Domain — Stalactite Emergence."
For his final attack, he used his "Rune of Earth: Clamp of the Domain" to prevent the shadow he mistook for Stygian from escaping.
The last attack made by Vice-Captain Ugwev continued to clamp down on his opponent who was a shadow that was seen. He smiled a little when he noticed that someone seemed to be stuck in his rune spell.
Because of that, he let it go and approached Linen, and Satin who were lying face down on the ground.
