"Kumo, stay back. I don't know what this is." pepper said, pushing Kumo behind him. "Wait, something came out of this portal thing." pepper continued, with a cautious look.
'Whatever it is, it isn't big. It's maybe about the size of my whole hand. It looks strange though, I've never seen anything like it, perhaps it's from another world? That would explain the portal like thing that appeared and shot it out then disappeared. Very odd though, it looks fiery and has a hot aura, it even effected the ground around it.' pepper thought, trying to figure out what this bizarre object is. 'It feels hot but it doesn't burn. It's solid too, though the insides seem to be liquid, almost like blood.' pepper kept thinking, as his curiosity has peeked. 'It doesn't seem to do anything deadly, or anything at all. That's a little disappointing.' pepper thought, expecting more from the object.
pepper began to think if the strange object even has a function. As he thought this, the weird object flew at a speed his eyes couldn't follow and ended up a few feet ahead of him and started to shake.
The weird object began to shake uncontrollably and pepper could feel as if the world was gathering strength to assist the weird object in front of him. The weird object started to spread an aura of pride that made the area around it improve and strengthen.
pepper immediately jumped infront of Kumo once he felt such a heavy aura that snapped him out of his confused and astonished state and spoke. "Be careful, Kumo!" pepper shouted, with a look of intensity written on his face.
Then the weird object finally started to grow wider and larger to make a huge door and for a few miles the land was heavily improved and strengthened.
pepper could feel how strong that land was, he guessed that it would probably take centuries to be penetrated even with his incredible strength and maybe even Gods would struggle to break the land.
He then moved his focus back to the weird dark red door that formed and stabilized. He saw strange letters at the top and sides of the door, though he couldn't read that language. Even Kumo seemed to not know that language.
Yet he still was heavily on guard, and because of that heavy aura it made him have some pride in himself but he shook away that weird feeling thinking it would effect him.
Suddenly a strange deep voice resounded from the door and, although he couldn't understand the language at first, it repeated itself in a language he knew well. "Hmph! Consider our deal satisfied miss Kokoro! Ahaha! After all, I'm the great Unbeatable...." yet the voice went out before it could finish.
pepper was still on guard but very confused, yet he had the feeling he needed to enter the weird dark red door before the world stopped applying it's strength.
"Well, Kumo," pepper said looking at her with a gentle smile that matched his blue hair. "Shall we see where this goes?" pepper asked, as he reached out his hand toward Kumo.
"Yes, Daddy! I'm curious too." Kumo said, with a huge smile, while going to hold pepper's hand.
"Alright, let's go!" pepper said, as they both slowly walked through the door and into a place completely unknown to them both.
pepper lifts himself off the soft ground and sits down. "Hmm, I must've fallen asleep." pepper said in a daze. "Why am I on the ground? Hey, Kumo, wake up! Where are we?" pepper said, realizing he has no idea where he is.
"Wh-What? Oh, morning, Daddy!" Kumo said, making another big smile.
"No, I should've thought about this. We need to figure out where we are. Damn my curiosity!" pepper said, blaming himself for their unknown situation.
"This place... looks like a grave yard. Behind us is a massive cliff, it seems like we can only go through that gate. We've got no choice, come on." pepper said, stressing for their safety.
As pepper and Kumo walk through the gate they start hearing a faint sound. "Is that... music?" pepper asks himself.
Suddenly creepy and unnatural creatures popped out from behind the trees and grave stones, they all sang a song that pepper tried desperately to ignore.
"Kumo, let's run!" pepper shouted, as he grabed Kumo's arm and starts sprinting.
Some monsters try to grab Kumo but pepper was much faster.
"I guess let's go inside this building, it's pretty tall so maybe someone can help us figure out what the hell is going on." pepper said, as he bursted through the door to the strange building.
The mosters continue singing their strange song. pepper and Kumo looked around the building, they saw a bed in an odd place and decuded to investigate it, suddenly a monster bursts out causing pepper to jump back, pepper knew the door was blocked by the monsters at this point so his only choice was the stairs.
As pepper approached the stairs, still holding Kumo's arm, something popped out from under them, and spiders leak from whatever it was, pepper ran up the stairs from the spiders but the wave of them followed as they ran through the maze of a hallway.
They passed plenty of doors, sometimes a monster would pop out from a door as they pass, the monsters still sing their song.
pepper's only option is a door at the end of the hallway, he busted through and accidentally sent Kumo flying into the center of the room, the spiders pound on the door as pepper blocks it with all his strength.
Monsters would appear from the corners and shadows of the room, joining in the monstrous song they all sang.
They surround Kumo and introduce themselves in song. One that introduces themselve as The Wind, slowly walked up to Kumo as she sat in fear, he pulls her to her feet, and as he sang he stood behind her, he puts his hand below her neck on her collar bone. Eventually wrapping his hand around her neck and forcefully lifts her up by her hair, she lets out a piercing scream, calling pepper's name.
pepper had no clue what to do, he stood at the door and watched with fear as he saw Kumo be carried across a bridge that he just noticed. At the end of the bridge is a throne made of skulls, a man sat on it. "That man, he looks like me, his long blue hair, his red and blue eyes. The only difference is his skin is more gray-ish blue, and his suit is black and white, rather than pure white." pepper thought, while he worried about what to do.
"Here you go, my King." The Wind says, as he hands Kumo to pepper's lookalike.
"Haha! Great job, my minion! Finally, I've got two, I can finally be more powerful than anyone ever could! I will become a God!" The lookalike said, with an insane face.
pepper's eyes quickly noticed something move close to the lookalike's throne, it's something in a cage. The spiders stop and pepper bolts to the bridge, half way across, he gets stopped by The Wind.
pepper gets a look at what's in the cage. "Wh-...What the hell?" pepper said, with disbelief. 'Am I going crazy, or is Kumo in the cage and standing beside that man at the same time?' pepper thought, trying to understand the situation.
"Confused, are we? Allow me to explain. My name is reppep. My goal is to become more powerful than anyone! The God's will piss themselves at my power!" reppep said, sending out a horrible arua.
"Okay? What the hell do you need Kumo for? And why are there two of her?" pepper shouted, demanding answers.
"So, you're not only confused, you're ignorant too. I see... So you have no idea what this girl is?" reppep said, questioning pepper's knowledge.
"What does that even mean? You're just confusing me more!" pepper said, losing his patience.
"Fine, I'll explain everything I can to you and your tiny brain, pay close attention now." reppep said, looking full of himself. "The way I see it, is the females of our race are to be held and kept, a man's job is to keep the females safe, yes? The four of us are the same species, you see..." reppep said, explaining to pepper something he can't understand.
"That's ridiculous! Though... we do look very similar, and I feel a sort of connection to you... Perhaps you're right, and if so then why am I not evil like the rest of you?" pepper yells, trying his best to understand everything.
"That's one wonderful question, I've met a few of our kind, but only here in Halloween. All of them were like me in some way, obviously we have our differences but to you, we'd all be evil." reppep says, with little care.
"I see, so this world is called Halloween, then? Whatever, I don't care anymore. Give me Kumo back, and what you're doing to that girl, Utsu, is wrong, I won't let you do that. She's coming too." pepper said, trying to break away from the ugly creatures.
"Hah! Hahah! What are you gonna do? Take them from me? I have them now, idiot." reppep laughed, as looked down on pepper.
"You're really starting to piss me off. We may be two sides of the same coin, but your side is rusted and burnt, mine shines as bright as my care for both of those girls. My determination will destroy your evil heart." pepper said, with a scary face.
pepper's spider legs burst out if his new tux, stabbing the monsters holding him, their blood smells awful. "You're the idiot, I assume us peppers and Kumos all have a sort of ability? You must have known, did you really think I wouldn't fight back?" pepper says, as he rushes to reppep's throne.
"Damn it! I've gotta go, see ya!" reppep says, as he pulls Utsu out of her cage and carries both Utsu and Kumo. reppep then jumps off the bridge into the fog below.
"Coward!" pepper shouts, only trying to get reppep to come back, but it didn't work.
"I'm unsure if his ability has something to do with fog, I won't risk jumping." pepper says, as he goes back the way he came.
pepper hops the grave yard's fence and searches the forest, looking for reppep. He kills monsters for ten minutes straight before making hardly any progress past the beginning of the forest. "How many of these guys are there? Were they created? They look like corpses stiched together." pepper says, trying to kill as many as fast as possible.
"Finally, they've stopped coming, about time." pepper said continuing to run through the trees and fog.
pepper slows down and stops because he thought he heard something. "Please don't tell me..." pepper though, worrying about what he heard. "It is! More singing?! What is it with this place and singing? Wait... this singing, it draws me in, her voice is so familiar... Kumo? No, it's different. Maybe it's a Kumo? I should check it out." pepper said, as he headed towards the enchanting voice.
