Another great gift. Though I can't use it right now, it won't be for long. Its effects are crazy as well. Its effects are very close to the All-mana body. No wonder its grade is very high and the requirement to use is also very high. It was just a gift, and it didn't have the same sentimental value as the gift from Julian, but I still showed the same level of appreciation as I did before. "Thank you very much, Sir Blake. I guess that makes sense. I sat down after receiving this gift but just like Julian's sword I did not pass it to my mother and kept them near me. with this the ceremony ended. Now was the start of the banquet. Not much was there for me to do at the banquet. People were chatting with each other. After eavesdropping on their conversations, I found out that everyone was discussing topics beneficial for them and making connections to climb up the social ladder. There was a children's section in a corner of the room. Since I had nothing to do, I also headed there.
Upon arriving there, I saw many children of ages 3 to 4 talking about various stuff. How cool is magic? Who is the greatest hero? Knights or Magicians, which one is better than the other etcetera etcetera. I ignored all of that and looked around. It was too soon to tell which ones here had any sort of talent and the system does not show anything other than age and level about them. But I did notice one thing here, Hierarchy. It seems Nobles don't waste any chances of making connections with each other. That meant even utilizing their children. Lower-status noble children were buttering up to the higher-level Noble children. So, there were many groups made here. The biggest group was around a child who seemed to be four years old.

It seems scheming runs in the Family. Was Carla adopted then? This here was the grandson of Andreas Heraiz. Arrogant must mean he is talented in some field. It is not showing in the attributes section so I can't tell. It could also be because he is from a duke noble family. His level isn't very high so it could be the second one. Egotistical means he is easy to rile up. I will remember that.
The next group was around a girl and a boy. They were Julian's grandchildren. Steven and Alice.

Not much to say about them. So, Alice likes sweets? I will keep that in mind. And it seems Steven is holding somewhat of a grudge against me. Well anyway, it's not like they will be a problem. The last group was around a girl of my age. I didn't see this girl before in the hall.

So, she was the granddaughter of Blake. She wasn't in the hall earlier so she must have been here all the time. Her level is high, and she has some pretty interesting attributes. I don't understand her foresight section though. Well, whatever. There was another girl in here. Isolated from everyone else. That was weird she was not in any group. Either she was not interested, or she was very high up the ladder herself. Or it could be that she was treated like an outcast and so she is keeping her distance.

Those are some attributes. These attributes are not something a child should have. So, she is being bullied huh? From the look of it, she seems like she is praying for going unnoticed by everyone here. But that didn't seem to be the case. My cousin Yven was looking at her with a sinister smile on his face. I'm sure he was up to no good. Sylvia's foresight suggested that she was bullied before. Aren't these children too young to know the concept of bullying and being bullied? I guess children are mature here for their age.
I walked into the Children's area and all eyes turned to me. some were looking at me like they wanted to come and greet me and be my friends. Friends with benefits that was. Some were looking at me with Hostile gazes, like my cousin's group. Some were looking at me with blaming gazes, like Sylvester kids who blamed me for the sword and the amount of cake that I got. Sierra was looking at me like she was trying to figure out what kind of a person I am. And Sylvia was looking at me with a wary gaze. I didn't need someone to tell me that she was afraid of me. One, I was a high-ranking noble, and two, I was related to Yven. So yeah, her being afraid of me makes sense.
