"I hate to admit this but you were right, I mean if he really did that to you, it makes it seem like a set up." Sally said as I recanted everything that happened regarding Alex the previous day since I didn't get a chance to meet up with her after school. After my last encounter with him, I went straight to my house. I didn't even wait for Jake.
"Yeah, I don't get it too but I can't just bring myself to hate him like you do, he's so cool." Sally gushed.
"Just shut it Sally, no one ever gets it but me, he's like a chameleon always wearing a different personality." I let out an exasperated sigh. We soon diverted into some other hot school gossip as we are until lunchtime was over and my next class was history, which I shared with Alex.
