I looked back and there he was, walking graciously towards us, a friendly smile on his face.
He winked at me and I frowned and faced Sally who was still gaping at him.
Have I mentioned that Sally has a huge crush on Nathan? And not only her as some other girls were gaping shamelessly at him. I mean he's pretty good looking with a killer smile and knows how to dress plus he's the school's quarterback.
But to me, he's just Nathan. I saw him everyday when we were still in middle school before he became all this things in highschool so that's why I don't see him the way the rest of them do.
And Sally seemed to have it worse which was why I couldn't bring myself to tell her what he tried to do to me. It might hurt her but then again, maybe I should have told her so she steers clear from him. I just didn't imagine he was going to come this close to her. And he told me he liked me.
Jeez why did I bring that up?
He was sitting beside me now, and Sally's eyes hasn't moved from him.
