Ferdinand sauntered back and forth across the room as he tried to think up on how to expand the base with the current equipment he has. It seemed like he had figured out the limitations on his system. He is the only one who can use the weapons that he had summoned. The soldiers that he summoned have equipment from the weapons he had currently researched. Unfortunately, that ends there. The equipment they currently have had to be maintained, although there was also maintenance equipment that was also summoned but that doesn't last forever. Also, the ammunition they have with when they were summoned only has a limited amount and so they are really running short of ammo concurrently for his soldiers. He is in a bit of a bind on what to do.
Ferdinand kept on thinking and thinking until he finally found a solution, and that is to gather points and to build first an ammunition plant. Unfortunately. none of them knows on how to make ammunition or guns. Once again, he sauntered back and forth until a shocking revelation transpired before him.
[USER CAN BUY THE BLUEPRINTS OF THE WEAPONS AND ITS SUPPLIES ON THE RESEARCH TREE]
'Oh! OH! Thank you for the tip system! I don't enjoy calling you system anymore as it feels like I am talking to a rock, so why don't we shall give you a name, shall we?'
[IT IS UP TO THE USERS DECISION]
'Why don't we name you Owl?'
[NAME CONFIRMED?]
'Confirm'
[UNDERSTOOD SYSTEM HAS NOW BEEN RENAMED INTO OWL. MAY OWL ASK WHY YOU HAD NAMED ME OWL?}
'As far as I can see it, you are a complete mystery to me, but I trust you and you are filled with wisdom and knowledge that can help me. So I think Owl is a befitting name for you.'
[UNDERSTOOD]
After the conversation between Ferdinand and Owl ended. Ferdinand then looked through the technological tree and there he saw the button that lets him buy the blueprint for the weapon and its ammunition. Furthermore, everything in the technological tree and its corresponding technologies such as support and for civilization stuffs. Such as crop rotation and husbandry.
Then, finally, Ferdinand bought the ammunition blueprint for the Mark 1 Pistol and Mark 1 Bolt-Action Rifle. He bought it for a staggering price of 75000 Points. Luckily, since he killed a horde walker and a bunch of walkers earlier, he was able to increase his points to 87500 Points. Unfortunately, this also means that the next squad of soldiers will have to wait. 25000 Points for the Mark 1 pistol ammunition and 50000 Points for the Mark 1 Bolt-Action Rifle.
After buying the ammunition blueprint almost instantly, a bright blue light started appearing before his sights and then, almost like a person weaving together, a blueprint appeared before him. This revelation made Ferdinand dumbfounded, as this is the first time he was seeing these things. Slowly but surely, the blueprints were taking shape and then after a few moments the bright blue light disappeared, leaving behind a stoked Ferdinand and 2 blueprints of ammunitions.
After getting stoked about what just transpired, Ferdinand almost immediately dashed towards the blueprint and grabbed it to check the contents. The blueprint was very detailed with exact proportions on what they need and they need to create ammunitions. Ferdinand check every nook and cranny of the blueprint, making sure that there is no damage to which he found out that it is very perfect, almost like an angel carved it out of a paper.
Ferdinand then lay down the blueprints on a table nearby and called out his soldiers. After a few moments of waiting, they have finally arrived. It surprised Ferdinand to know that they were nearby. He originally thought that they were just strolling around outside. Then, after an order from Ferdinand, they all sat down at the table. Then he made them all look at the blueprints that he had.
"With these blueprints we can finally solve our looming crisis of ammunition shortage." Said Ferdinand.
The other soldiers then took a glance at the blueprints, then towards Ferdinand, then shake their head up and down to agree.
"We understand, Commander, but how are we going to build those? Do we have the equipment?" Simpson inquired.
Ferdinand was visibly shocked, as he was confused about what to do. It seems like the doesn't actually do anything about building those. Seeing the flabbergasted Commander a soldier from the other side stepped up and said.
"Its alright Commander. I know the equipment required to produce this ammunition, but in order to build the required equipment, we will need the sizes and proportion of the materials to build the equipment to make the ammunition." A soldier said.
"Alright, I understand. I hope you all can forgive me for not knowing these things," Ferdinand said.
"Its alright Commander. Every person has their own expertise. Maybe that's why you were given the ability to summon soldiers. Because not every person is perfect, they'd need help from other people in order to survive." Simpson said.
"That's right, I haven't actually known the names of the first soldiers that I summoned. May I ask what are your people's names? Who knows, maybe in the future all of you might be. Promoted and be made into the head of your respective departments in the future, but all of that depends on your expertise."
"As you already well know Commander, I am Simpson." Simpson said
Then the other three soldiers said their name, respectively.
"I am Ezra, greetings to you Commander."
"I am Waylen. Greetings to you Commander."
"I am Gael, also greetings to you commander."
"Alright greetings to you all, my men."
"Commander, maybe your ability can make blueprints of the equipment we need to use? So that we won't have to bother building the blueprint from scratch to only fail at trial and error."
"I understand. I'll check on it"
Ferdinand then checked through the entire system and he found the required equipments for making the ammunitions in the civilization tab. Luckily, it was already researched as it is the standard equipment in making the ammunition like the first thing researched, like the rifles and pistols that he has. It seemed like it was researched already to help him.
It also shocked Ferdinand to see the fact that the points required were much lower, which means he could buy all the equipment blueprints for making the ammunition with just about 12000 points. Which means he now only had about 500 points left.
Ferdinand then summoned the blueprint which the same thing that transpired earlier such as a blue light and a person weaving the blueprints appeared once again in front of him. When he looked back, he also saw the soldiers of his were also staring at the magnificent sight before them. Soon after the blueprints they require lay down on the center of the table and everyone had a confused and stoked expressions….
