Keisha sat on her bed watching Luka rummage through her dresser for a band-aid, wondering if the sight before her was a dream.
She was trying to process his sudden kindness, wondering what could've made him switch up so quickly. It was strange that he'd followed her out into the rain, even more so that he carried her all the way back home, opting to walk under the downpour instead of super-speeding out of concern for her safety.
Strangest of all, however, was the concerned frown on his face as he ransacked her drawers in search of first-aid.
Had he gone mad?
Feeling her curious gaze, Luka cast the human a questioning glance. "Is everything okay?"
"Yes. I'm fine," she lied, offering a small smile. "I just wanted to tell you to check the bottom drawer. I'm sure I put it there."
Eyeing her suspiciously, he returned back to his previous task, letting out a relieved grunt when he finally found the small first-aid box where she'd suggested.
"Finally."
