"So, what now?"
Keisha looked expectantly at Luka, awkwardly tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. Now that things had been resolved between them, the human couldn't help but find their dynamic to be odd.
What were they? Friends? Acquaintances? Frenemies?
Clearing his throat, Luka turned to face her, adjusting himself on the bed. "I need you to do something for me."
"What is it?"
"The hunter, I need you to contact him."
The girl's face scrunched up in confusion, perplexed at the pureblood's sudden interest in the mysterious archer.
"Why do you want to meet with him? Last time you made it pretty clear you don't want him around."
"He was right," Luka said curtly, clenching his jaw. "Someone is trying to summon a Blood Moon."
"Oh my god!"
Keisha's shock was evident in her gasp, her eyes wide with terror. "What are we going to do?"
