'They are Quirk Supremacists...' He thought to himself as he analyzed the woman in front of him, drawing from his memories to assist him.
'Emiko Ogawa
Age: 36
Female
Secretary at the Hero Public Safety Commission
Mother of Kinsei Ogawa
Weakness: Dangerously jealous, overly suspicious, doubting her husband's fidelity, temperamental, suffers from a chronic illness
Quirk: Disguise...'
As he noted down every last inch of the woman in front of him, Kinsei could see the system compiling the data and putting together a status screen.
Noticing the unblinking stare that Kinsei was giving her, Emiko lowered her book and spoke, "What is it you're looking at, boy?" She questioned in a superior tone as Kinsei ignored her like she did to him and opened her status.

'Hehehe... Now that is quite the quirk she has there...' He muttered in his head as he gave his mother a smile and politely excused himself.
"Thanks for the food, Mom! I should probably get to school, now, so bye!" He waved bye at his befuddled mother and exited the home, grabbing his bag on the way out.
Closing the door behind him, Kensei raised an eyebrow at the sight of his father who was typing something into a computer while sitting on the garden bench.
"Hello, Father. Watch'ya doing?' He chirped with a smile as his father barely gave him a glance.
'Oh, I fucking hate you...' He thought to himself with pure hatred as he recalled all of the things Kinsei had to go through because of that man.
In spite of his dark thoughts, Kinsei's smile remained plastered on his face as he relaxed in the seat next to the man.
'Ren Ogawa
Age: 39...'
Analyzing his father in mere seconds, Kinsei opened the status screen and dismissed Ren's aggravated posture.

[Ren Ogawa]
Age: 39
Job: Scientist/Doctor
State: Alive
[Powers/Abilities]
-Micro-Laser (Quirk)
-Data Expert
-Medical Expertise
-Quirk Database Knowledge
--------------------
'Interesting. The Micro-Laser is most likely used by Ren for his neuro-surgeries or other surgeries on the small scale,' He thought to himself as he stood up and decided to be a dick before he left for school.
"Hey, Dad?" He asked with a concealed smirk as Ren looked up from his intense typing for a second, "What?" He asked shortly as Kinsei smiled.
"I don't like you very much..." He stated bluntly as his hand shot forward and typed in the forced power-off shortcut, quickly pulling his hand back and running away as his father furiously rose from his seat with an agonizingly pissed face.
"KINSEI! Get back here, you stupid boy!" He screamed in a rage as he pulled at his hair and Kinsei continued running with a giggle.
"What a fucking dumbass!" He spoke with a hysterical chuckle as he vaulted over a pile of trash and approached the small educational facility.
He was about to enter the school but quickly slowed himself down as he noticed a specific child walking into the school next to him.
Smiling, he approached the blond child, "What's up, Bakugou?" He asked with a smile as he rested his arm on Bakugou's shoulder.
"What the hell do you want, Ogawa?" He asked irritatedly as he slapped the arm off him with anger evident in his eyes.
"Gee-willicker, Bakugou! That was pretty mean, y'know!" He called out with a false expression of sadness as Bakugou grit his teeth and aggressively shoved Kinsei away.
"Go away and stop bothering me, you quirkless fucker!" He shouted as he angrily stormed into the classroom.
First meeting with the explosive child and Kinsei can officially say that...
'He's a bitch,' He nodded to himself as he entered the classroom and took a seat next to a green-haired teen.
'And there's pathetic little Midoriya. Inheritor of All Might's power...' He thought to himself with narrowed eyes, 'He's weak, now, but he will soon have a shitload of powers in his possession...' He thought as his mouth stretched into a smile that he covered with his hand.
'Powers that I intend to steal...'
'But the question is, who should I go after first?'
While Kinsei was monologuing to himself, the teacher entered the room and announced something that got the class jumping with joy.
"So... as third-year students, it's time to start thinking seriously about your futures' and what you want to do with your lives. I could pass out some career aptitude tests. But... Why bother? I know you all want to go to the hero course!" He declare proudly as the entire class cheered, showing off their individual quirks.
'That is an all-you-can-eat buffet!' He said to himself as he licked his lips and stared at the quirk users with desire.
"Yes, yes, you've got some very impressive quirks but no power usage allowed in school. Get a hold of yourselves..." He reprimanded very lightly as Bakugou proudly spoke.
"Hey, teach..." He said with confidence that seemed almost palpable.
"Don't lump me in with this bunch of losers. I'm the real deal but these guys will be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-lister," He spoke with pride as the rest of the class jumped with clear offence, "HAH!?"
'As idiotic as Bakugou's confidence is, he is undoubtedly correct when you compare powers like Explosion with the rest of the outclassed abilities,' He agreed in his head as a student rose from their chair and combatted the blond's words.
"Ha!? You think you're better than us, Katsuki!?" They shouted as Katsuki countered with explosions sparking in his open palm.
"Let's go! I'll take you all on!" He challenged with rageful eyes as Kinsei silently chuckled to himself.
"You're fun," He commented with a smile as Katsuki shifted his gaze to Kinsei, "What!? You want some of this too, Lanky-ass!?"
Ignoring the exchange the teacher pulled up Katsuki's test results, "Huh, you've got impressive test results. Maybe you will get into U.A. High," The teacher said, Katsuki beginning to descend into an arrogant monologue about how he will become a better hero than All Might as the teacher pulled up Izuku's test results as well.
"Oh yeah, Midoriya... Don't you want to go to U.A. too?" He asked with a curious, yet slightly malicious, look as the class erupted into mocking laughter.
"Midoriya? You're kidding, right? There's no way of getting into the Hero Course without a Quirk," One student said as Izuku shrunk into his seat and stuttered out his reasoning.
"Well, actually they got rid of that rule. I could be the first one..." He mumbled as Katsuki prepared to angrily berate him, only for the teacher to come out and say something that angered Katsuki even more.
"And Ogawa, as well? Two quirkless students in one year, huh?" He commented in disbelief as Katsuki snapped and began to spew out overconfident words, belittling the two as Kinsei simply turned to the window and smiled at the boundless opportunities he had been granted.
Kinsei may not be the best person, but nobody could say that he wasn't grateful.
However, as he was thanking his power, he suddenly recalled the scene of all his classmates flexing their powers and realized just what kind of goldmine he had stumbled upon.
'I think I have my first target...' He giggled to himself as his eyes surveyed the classroom of students with a predatory look.
...
...
...
As school finished and everyone exited the classroom, the only two people left were a creepy-looking Kinsei and a fellow classmate with short brown hair and a gentle face.
"Hey, Shiro! What's up, man?" Kinsei said warmly as he walked up to the confused Shiro who was standing at his desk in the front of the class.
"Um, nothing much... Kinsei... But, uh, what do you need, exactly?" He muttered hesitantly, not knowing why Kinsei had decided to speak to him for the first time today.
Kinsei's posture seemed to exhibit an aura of shyness, "I, uh, actually... Sorry, never mind, this was was stupid..." He mumbled with sad puppy dog eyes as Shiro felt slightly guilty, "A- Actually, Kinsei... What did you want to say?" He asked genuinely as Kinsei straightened up with a thankful smile.
"It's just that..." He lead off as Shiro gestured for him to continue, "You wanna... hang out, maybe?" He asked with a reluctant smile as Shiro's eyes widened.
"You want to hang out? With me?" He asked with a disbelieving expression as Kinsei nodded with a genuine smile, "Uh huh! I don't have many friends and, no offence, but I saw that you don't either and thought we could be friends with each other," Kinsei explained his reasoning as the initially annoyed Shiro began to feel slightly happy.
He argued with himself in his mind for a while as he considered the repercussions of befriending a quirkless. However, he soon conceded as he realized that he was really, really lonely and wanted to take advantage of this opportunity for friendship.
"You know what? Sure, let's hang out," Shiro said happily as Kinsei grinned and wrapped his arm around him in a friendly manner.
"So, uh, where do you wanna go?" Shiro asked as Kinsei seemingly thought about it for a bit before responding, "I found this sick spot in the park's forest that I think you'd really want to see. How 'bout it? Wanna go there?" He suggested as Shiro scratched his chin and answered positively.
"Sure, why not?" He said joyously, clearly happy that he finally had someone to hang out with.
'Oh, Shiro, you sweet summer child...' Kinsei thought to himself, his face twisting sadistically as he quickly shook it off and ran to the door with a challenging smile, "Let's race to see who gets there first!" He called out as he used his skinny frame to get a speedy headstart on the surprised Shiro, "Wha-!? Hold up!"
The reason Kinsei had decided to go to the park before Shiro was because he didn't want anyone seeing them together and linking Shiro's murder back to him.
Now that all that convincing is over, how about an explanation be provided for why exactly he was targeting Shiro of all people?
First of all, Shiro is very unassuming and wouldn't provide much of an impact upon his death.
Second of all, Shiro was just the kind of vulnerable and easily manipulatable person that Kinsei could use to his full advantage.
And lastly, Shiro's quirk had the potential to go toe to toe with some of the heavy hitters like Bakugou.
What was Shiro's quirk?
Fog Transformation.
A simple yet highly effective quirk that has the ability to make you borderline invincible.
After all, what's an explosion gonna do to the air itself?
...
It took a few minutes of running but Kinsei finally arrived in the deep forest as he waited patiently for Shiro who took a couple more minutes to tiredly walk into the dark area.
"Finally... I made it..." Shiro mumbled through laboured breaths as Kinsei signalled him to follow, walking further into the forest and in front of a cave as he subtly picked up a relatively large rock in his hand.
"This is it..." He proclaimed as Shiro walked past Kinsei and looked into the cave, "Doesn't look all that cool..." He commented as Kinsei walked closely behind him, readying the sharp stone in his hand.
"The cool thing is inside the cave," Kinsei stated with concealed excitement as his eyes shone with a demonic glint.
"Well, alright, let's go!" Shiro said with excitement as he stumbled his way into the cave.
"Okay..." Kinsei muttered as he and Shiro eventually found themselves standing in front of some sort of lake in the centre of the cave.
"Wow, you were right... This is fucking awesome!" He called out with a cheer as he kneeled in front of the beautiful pond.
Kinsei didn't respond to the grateful shout and instead stood directly behind the teen as he raised his rock in the air with a gleeful grin.
"You're also right..." He whispered as stared calmly at Shiro's unassuming back.
"This IS fucking awesome."
