"The valley of death!" Aria said. "I saw it in my dream." Everyone was looking at her in questioning expressions.
"Not again dear," Leticia intoned, slapping her forehead in frustration.
"You have to believe me mother. I saw Blackwood raising an army of skeletons. They had green eyes..." She explained, breathless. But when she looked at everyone, they were staring back at her as if she was somehow crazy. Leticia held her hand and led her outside.
"You have to believe me mother!" She complained once they were outside.
"Yesterday you were sleep walking and came with another false narrative. How can I believe you?" She asked, her arms held akimbo.
Aria went mute. She had nothing to proof her theory. "You're right," she gave in. "It was just a bad dream." No one was going to believe her anyways.
