"You having a good time Amsterdam?", Ray asked her. She only stared at him and chugged down her shot. "How many of these have you taken?", he said and snatched the glass. "I'm 100% sober thank you Ray", she said and walked towards Kobie(who was talking to a random girl).
"Is she gone now?", Sydney asked. He nodded. She moved further towards him.
Sydney: Is anything the matter?
Ray: No.
Sydney:(Glares at him) Ray.... If it's about Amsterdam...
Ray: I'm just worried ok? We're at her uncle's workplace, and from the way it seems, they are not on good terms.
Sydney: We could help....
Ray: No. As much as I want to turn to a relative matchmaker I think we have to leave things be.
Sydney: How so?
Ray: Well, first of, it seems the hatred has been there for a long time ago. Secondly, it seems Blades likes this feud.
Sydney all of a sudden giggled. "What?", he asked. Giggles turning to laughter, she pointed ahead.
Amsterdam was dragging Kobie by his ear and hit his head on the counter. "Woah!", Ray and Sydney exclaimed. Shock turned to horror as he started bleeding when he raised his head. "Oh my realms, are you bleeding? I'm soo sorry", Sydney whispered into his ear. She was attempting to pick out a tissue but Amsterdam held her hand. Almost immediately Sydney realized that Amsterdam had held her hand with her bare hand. "Don't", Amsterdam said, "he deserves it".

"What do you think?", Soul asked, sipping his wine. Nass lowers her glasses and glares at Blades. "I assume he would converse with Sydney any time soon. Anyways, she hides her tattoo well. Is she improving?".
"Ceri makes sure of that", Soul replied, "she's a fast learner. Ceri would let her off soon, I guess". "So the tattoo is reaching it's limit?", she asked. He gave a thumbs up sign.
Nass: Good. Now if Blades tries to lure them in, I can use telepathy...
Soul: You promised not to interfere.
Nass: I can use forced telepathy for just the two of them.
Soul: It's still interfering.
Nass: Well we can't just sit there!
Soul: We can. Actually, we are currently sitting.
Nass:(Frowns) Haha very funny.

(So now we are finally going to see Sydney's POV)
Sydney's POV
If Blades agreed to enjoy her hatred, then I guess maybe Ray is right about us not interfering. Especially... The fact that I could hear NASS AND SOUL in the pub.
*Telepathy*
Sydney: Yeah hello Nass.
Nass: Oh heyyyyy.....
Sydney: What the f...
Nass: I can explain.
Sydney: Start.
Nass: Fire Phase is the next so I have a duty to investigate on the threats to more deaths. I have to reduce the death Nene(A name Nass adapted to call me).
Sydney: I'm half convinced. And Soul?
Soul: I have business to attend to.
"Hello. It's...Sydney, right?", Blades greeted, extended his hand.
I glared at him(Well for two reasons. One; my telepathic conversation and two; I don't shake creeps). I politely pushed his hands down and explained that I don't like handshakes. He also greeted Ray but he pretended to be lost in thoughts. When he finally came through, he also said the same thing(no handshakes).
"I would like to treat you guys", Blades said. "Oh not necessary", I said, waiting for Ray's response. He replied in the negative. "I'd tell you the truth. I...". "Not interested", Ray and I said at once. Well I'm surprised that he might be thinking of what I'm thinking.
"But...". "Not necessary, Sir Blades, but we are very acquainted with Miss Bourne. We can't disappoint our friend", Ray said. With an angry look plastered on his face, he stomped his feet and walked away.
"What did you think he was going to ask?", I turned to ask Ray. He shrugged, "maybe something that would go against Amsterdam. And I wanted it to be clear to him that we wouldn't do anything he says".
Or maybe he knew that he was coming to ask for intel concerning her business?
