The seven wizards and I (I really need to get a better group name), walked from the Black families teleportation circle(which was in a forest) to the front of the black house. As I drew nearer the house seemed to come to life the once-dead flowers cease to exist with flower buds replacing them.
The dead trees died and turned to dust, but like a phoenix being reborn from the ashes, a small tree sprouted and then went through the life cycle of a true up to adulthood in just seconds.
Speaking of phoenixes Yonina spotted me from a distance and flew onto my shoulder surprising Mara, almost making her fall off my neck. Wren came and perched himself on my other shoulder while Nola came from behind me and walked along with me.
When I got to the front of the house, I heard a loud popping sound and a house elf appeared in front of me bowing down under my dark aura.
"Kreacher greets new master!" he exclaimed bowing down to a 90-degree angle.
I gazed at Kreacher, exhaustion clear in my eyes, and only nodded in response. As I spread my magic across the manor, I noticed something peculiar with Kreacher.
"What is restricting your magic?" I inquired, looking at him suspiciously.
Kreacher's eyes bulged and he apparated away only to come back a few seconds later with a locket in his grip.
"Master Regulus ordered Kreacher to destroy this locket but Kreacher can't so he is in this pathetic state." Kreacher sobbed, basically drowning in his sorrows.
As Kreacher handed me the locket my magic jolted and basically hissed at the locket. Meanwhile Mara actually hissed at the locket recognizing the magic that it was enchanted with.
"~Massster~" Mara hissed, trying to get my attention.
"~Yess sssnakellet?~"
"~Usssse my poisssson, it ssssshould desssstory it~"
"~Your a bassscilisk?~" I mumbled in shock.
"~I'm half bascilissssk half horned ssssserpent, but the poissson sssshould sssstill work~" Mara hissed hearing my muttering.
"~Ssssspit poisssson onto the locket~ I commanded, wiping the shock off my face.
"~Yessss Massster~"
As the locket melted in my hands Kreacher's complexion got much better than it was before and his eyes looked more alive.
"Thank you, new Master, Kreacher promises to remember this and Kreacher will serve you well now that master Regulus's last wishes have been fulfilled." Kreacher exclaimed smiling in happiness and shock.
"Now that that is out of the way, please lead us to seven bedrooms and the master bedroom," I said looking at him tired. barely containing my yawn.
"As you wish new master."
"My name is Hadrian," I said as he lead us to the rooms.
"Masters guests can sleep in these rooms," he said, as he showed us a long hallway. "And Master Hadrian can rest here."
"Thank you Kreacher," I said, for once actually meaning the compliment. "Wake up before 8:00 AM tomorrow, and have breakfast before 8:30. Training starts at 8:45," I said looking at the Seven Shadows.
"Is there anything else I can help Master Hadrian with?" Kreacher said, looking up at me.
"Kreacher, I think you should clean the house and tend to the animals in the forest," I advised, wiping the dust off a nearby door handle.
Kreacher was absolutely horrified at how 'dirty the house was', and how 'Master Hadrian can't live in a place like this.'
As I strolled into the master bedroom, I was delighted to gaze upon a good bed that I would actually want to sleep in.
The room was surprisingly modern for a room that had been around for a few good centuries so I suppose it got renovated.
As I got into bed a smile formed on my lips. I was finally out of that house. For good. And my legacy was about to begin.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I woke up at 3:04 in the morning and stretched as I almost apparated to the Dursleys kitchen when I realized that I didn't live there anymore. At that thought, I used my magic to make a mental map of the Black manor and went down to the kitchen to get a morning cup of coffee.
I swear stealing coffee from the Dursleys was the best thing I'd ever done and I'd been hooked ever since. When I got to the Kitchen, Kreacher came out from a cupboard and looked at me in surprise.
"Does Master Hadrian need anything?" Kreacher asked looking up at me.
"Can I have a cup of coffee and some fruits?" I asked surprising Kreacher.
As he got that ready I sat down on the kitchen counter and hummed thinking about what I would do that day.
"Forgive me for asking Master Hadrian, but why are you up so early?" Kreacher asked giving me my cup of coffee.
"Don't worry about it Kreacher I'm just an early riser and I have some business to attend to today," I said after taking a large sip of my coffee.
"Master Hadrian needs more sleep, if Master Hadrian needs more sleep to be the best dark lord he can be."
"Dark king/tyrant" I corrected reaching to take another sip of my coffee when I realized that I'd finished it all.
Kreacher chucked and refilled my coffee.
"I suppose I could try getting an hour more sleep on weekends," I said looking at Kreacher. "Anyways, why did you come out of a cupboard?"
"That is where Kreacher sleeps master," said Kreacher looking confused at my question.
Bad memories filled my mind, as I almost instantly replied, "Sleep in a bedroom. We can buy you clothes or something too." I said looking at his attire.
"H-has Kreacher done something w-wrong?" He said stuttering and offering apologies saying that he'll be better.
"Kreacher calm down! Why don't you want to get clothes?" I said, cutting him off.
As Kreacher explained how giving a house elf clothes without freeing them. I drank my now 7th cup of coffee and pondered about how to defuse the situation.
"How about this, you don't think about the clothes as gifts, just think of them as things you can wear and borrow. I'll some clothes specially made for you and any other house elf's I own, as I don't want you to be wearing rags all day."
When I finished my breakfast and finally stopped Kreacher from thanking me endlessly. I walked to the library and dumbed out all the books I bought from Diagon and Knockturn Alley. Then, I made myself a schedule.

Being in the Potter Library brought back so many memories. When I was at the potter Instead of just staying in my room all day, or going outside and playing, reading in the library took up most of my time, and I enjoyed it too.
Though I still focussed on my business more, reading up on Hogwarts, potions, and my ancestors, took up a majority of my time. Though I didn't do too much magic, learning about it was still enjoyable.
Even when I moved out to the Dursleys, I still went to the public library and learned about human biology, psychology, legends, and much more. The library was my childhood, and it was the only place I was safe from Dudley as I quote, "If I go to the library, I'll get sick from all the books.
As I sat in the library, I started reading up on runes and before I knew it Lucifer and the others were in the library waiting silently as I finished reading the second chapter.
"My lord, how long have you been awake for?" Bell inquired trying to stop herself from yawning in my presence.
"I've been awake since around three," I replied shutting the book close.
"Shouldn't you get more sleep, my lord?" Mammon asked looking horrified. The others nodded agreeing with his statement, again, forgetting that I was an eight-year-old child.
"I get enough sleep as it is and what doesn't kill me won't hurt me too much," I said stretching. "Now then, how advanced are you seven at Occulmency?"
"fairly advanced," Zel replied while finishing up her morning wine.
"Line up, I'm going to test your shields. If I break into your head in under a minute go right and if I fail to do so, go left."
First up was Sate and I broke into his mind in ten seconds flat surprising the rest of the sins(yes I decided to call them sins it's just so much easier.)
Next was Bell's shields which I broke in 15 seconds, then Zel's which took 14 seconds. Levia's took 20, Asmodeous's took 47 seconds, Mamonn's took 42, and Lucifers took just over a minute.
"I thought the point of occulmency was to protect your mind," I commented looking at them unimpressed.
"Fine, we'll work on your occulmency. Let's test your legitimency shall we, and let's hope that it's better than your occulmency skills. Come on, break into my mind"
My mind had several tricks and gimmicks but the first few were trials, so to say. First up was a barrier that was easy to break. The sins were meant to get past the barrier without breaking it, as breaking it would cause an alarm to be set off and they'd be ejected from my mind.
Next was a plasma shock shield, which would burn and shock you if you touched it. Honestly, I'm very proud of this part as to get past it you have to be creative and imagine yourself to be something similar to a ghost, where your body can't touch anything.
After that was the famous endless room. Then there was a room that would fill up with water and drown you, a torture room, a brain programming room, a Willy Wonka-styled room, and an Indiana Jones-styled room. There was even a poison-filled room. Then there was a room based on the infamous Mirror of Erised which I found a lot about after a ton of studying in the Potter Library. But those were only the basic traps.
First up was Mammon who got ejected right away after breaking the first shield.
Levia made it to the plasma shield but fainted after too many shocks and burns.
Sate made it to the endless room, already thinking of himself as a ghost-like being, but unfortunately for him, that didn't help him there as his mind got too stressed and I ejected him so he didn't go insane.
Bell made it passed the endless room but her panic got the best of her in the water-filling room and she got ejected there.
Asmodeus made it to the brainwashing room, after powering through the torture room, but his curiosity got the best of him at the brain programming room as he put on the circlet and got ejected.
Zel made it to the Indiana Jones-styled room where she got run over by a bolder.
Lucifer succumbed to the Willy Wonka-styled room, but honestly, I was surprised he made it that far.
After Lucifer got ejected I sat down on the chair I was sitting on while reading and filled the room with less than half of my aura.
Instantly the sins started choking as I sat cross-legged starting and finishing the next few chapters of my runes book.
When I closed the book Sate, Bell, Levia, and Mammon were all passed out on the floor, with Asmodeus and Zel laying face first on the floor barely staying conscious. Only Lucifer, who was obviously the strongest, could even keep his head off the floor as he kneeled by my side.
I sucked my aura back into my body instantly Zel, Asemodeous, and Lucifer started to suck in the air around us like a tornado.
"I actually have chills thinking about how weak you guys are." I grunted, confused about how 'some of the strongest people in Knocturn alley', could be this weak.
I checked up on the four who were passed out and saw that they had AOEP or Aura Over Exposure Poisoning.
"Kreacher!" I bellowed, summoning him.
"Yes Master Hadrian?" he said bowing before me.
"Get me four large buckets of ice cubes," I said indicating to the four passed out on the floor.
Instantly Kreacher came back with some ice cubes and I poured the contents onto the four.
"Ugh, my back..." Sate said trying to get up.
I rolled my eyes and shoved some beazors down all of their throats. startling them greatly.
"Here's your schedules," I said giving all the sins customized planners that I made earlier. "Every day meet me here in the morning."
"Yes my lord," they said looking at me determined to not suffer through such humiliation again.
