Volk's POV
As soon as I walked off, I could see from the back of eyes, Rudina's face fall like a pack of cards. Yes that was the exact reaction I wanted from her. She should know that I hurt two times, when she keeps things from me.
We had decided not to keep secrets from each since the last time we made love. I guessed that what ever she was hiding from me, definitely had to do with her, because I could see her face, twist and turned as she slept. I would wake her at some point and she would Just tell me it's nightmares. I was about to confront her about it until the one, that happened last night. I turned to see her walking behind me but from a safe distance. When she was within ear shots, I spoke to her.
"Babe tell Lowell that his brother is here" I told her and walked into the palace.
"Your highness" I heard Lawrence and his girlfriend bow a little in front of me.
