Bialya, the nation built on sandy lands. It will be having its first election in its history. It is a little different from normal elections though. As they aren't electing a President, but a new Royal Family. As it seems they want to keep their regal culture alive.
I can't blame them. Queen Been and her Mother were really just abusive monarchs. A good monarch is hard to come buy, but are by far better than everything else. Radahn has facilitated the elections really well.
I've been sitting atop my tower, seeing the situation from afar. I think I skip on over and personally legitimatize the new royals.
I teleport over, beside Radahn. the elections are taking place outdoors. The people are voting via magical means, to prevent tampering. The current choices are between three noble houses, Jalaal, Hashim, and Nader.
"Greetings my Lord, can I be of service?", Radahn asked.
"No Radahn, as you were. Everything is going well. Great job with this election setup.", I say.
"Thank you for the praise my Lord. I made sure that this process will be fair by every means.", Radahn said with a bit of pride.
It took a while for the people to notice me standing beside the literal giant of the man that is Radahn. Soon, all the voters throughout the nation realized I was physically here to watch the vote. This gave them more confidence in the election than before. As they recognized that I was the sort of person that carries out their word. As through Radahn's actions, they saw a bit about who I am.
Once the voting the was done, the result was to be announced. Since I was here, I took that job.
With a voice that carried firmly through the nation I announce for all to hear, "The House of Hashim, is the new royal family! Nashim Hashim will be the King of the nation, Nazirah Hashim will the Queen of the nation. Long live Bialya!"
Around the monarchy, the people cheered. For the people they picked...were actually picked. No tricks or rigging.
Once the election was done, I swore them into the throne myself. They made a decent speech and then it was time to form the government around them as the people returned home.
I gave them both a good talk about mortal ruling and then left the rest in Radahn's hands. He will slowly pull out soldiers as the Hashim Throne becomes more capable of keeping order. The police and military needed to be reformed after that war after all. Once they were, Radahn would return to the Divine Isle with his army.
Now I turn my eyes and ears to the rest of the world as I sit on my throne atop the Divine Tower.
Many countries have been talking about me. Calling me all sorts of names, panicking about my military strength, worried about control and how to treat me.
I'm sure another "important" UN meeting will take place soon now that Bialya is back on its feet.
The most interesting nation that has caught my eye, is Atlantis. Advanced, ancient, and magical. The oceanic world would truly be new. The oceans back home, hold no nations, just monsters. King Arthur, Aquaman, is hailed as a just and wise King as well. I want to visit, but simply popping in feels to boring.
There are many threats to Atlantis though, I'm sure I can introduce myself at a dramatic time if I just observe.
"Yes, that is what I'll do.", I finalize aloud.
