Sam was immediately woken up to a loud noise outside his door and grabbed his greatsword as he went to open his dirt yelling
"Who's making all this noise!"
Once Sam had opened his door he saw William holding a dummy sword while having some small cuts all over his body before Sam saw Cindy standing in the middle of the first dojo with a dummy sword in her hands too before William got down on all fours and said
"I'm sorry for interrupting your slumber Master! the fault is mine as I asked for a early morning spar with team leader Cindy"
Sam was annoyed by the rude awakening before he grabbed Williams collar and dragged him to the middle of the dojo and said as he grabbed the dummy sword from Cindy while letting go of William
"Let's see what you learned so far. Fight me with all your resolve"
Cindy intervened by saying as she got on one knee in front of Sam
"Master if you need to release your anger then let me take his place I beg you!"
Sam looked at Cindy and said
"No, it was his suggestion so he will take the punishment now stand to the side"
Cindy saw the anger in Sam's eyes and thought about her sister before she stood to the side while Sam looked at William and said

Cindy bowed and followed Sam's instructions while Sam went back to sleep where he woke up hours later to a knock on his door before he heard Jim say
"Master? Are you awake? It's noon and the others are ready to hunt"
Sam gruntled a little before he said as he put on his armour and grabbed his sword
"I'll meet you in the great hall once I'm done"
Once Sam check for everything he needed he made his way to the great hall where he found Jim and the others waiting before Samantha came up and handed Sam a cup of coffee before she scurried off to the dojo where her sister was training her new recruits and just as Sam took a sip of his coffee Jim asked
"What will we be hunting today?"
Sam rubbed his eyes a little and said after he finished his coffee
"We're going to hunt some drakes and Cockatrices and maybe a basilisk if we come across one"
Everyone immediately grabbed their weapons while Charles put a large duffel bag on his back before Sam said and grabbed the duffel bag
"Charles what is this?"
Everyone turned around and looked as Sam opened the duffel bag to find air tight pieces of raw meat as well as a ton of beef jerky before charles said
"Samantha supplied us some provisions for the hunt as well as raw meat to use as bait"
Sam smiled and handed the duffle bag back to Charles before he saw Dina, Sato and Kinna run up to him before Sam said
"You guys aren't big enough to handle the forest so you guys have to stay here where it's safe"
The baby wyverns immediately started to whimper before they saw Samantha and ran over to her where she brought them into the other empty dojo
Once the baby Wyverns were gone Sam smiled before he grew his wings and said as he flew out the temple with the others following behind him

Once Sam had reached the Ash forest along with everyone he saw that the forest changed a little as some small amounts of ash was falling from the trees while some trees were destroyed by the aftermath of a battle before Sam turned to everyone and said as he grabbed his sword
"Everyone be on your guard for anything"
After walking into the forest for nearly an hour Sam found it odd to have found no creatures or even hearing anything before Jim asked Sam
"Master where are the creatures? Have they gone into hiding?"
Sam looked at Jim before he thought to himself
'If the beasts are hiding then that would mean they're scare of something…. But what could scare them?'

"I found the cause for the monsters disappearing so everyone rest up for a few minutes while I explain"
Everyone then sat down while Sam explained that dungeons have begun to appear in the world of the Dragon Grotto before Jim asked as he was a little concerned
"Master are you saying that we're going to explore that dungeon? But what if we encounter a monster we have never seen before?"
Sam stood up and said as he stared at the pit
"I will take care of it but remember that this is what I've trained you all for. we depart in 10 minutes so make sure your ready"
While the others were making sure they were ready Sam couldn't help but wonder
'Why would a single dungeon effect this entire area? But will they be able to handle it?'

Once everyone was ready Sam looked at everyone before he said

Upon entering the dungeon Sam and the others noticed it extremely hard to see before their eyes slowly adjusted to see a Wyvern skull that had most of its flesh stripped away right in front of them and while everyone was shocked Sam noticed it was the Hell Flame Wyvern that had fled from Sam when Sam had unleashed his Drake transformation before he placed his hand on the flesh torn skull and said to himself
'Someone may have beat me to it but even a monster shouldn't leave its winnings like this'
Just the Sam her a clicking sound above him and looked up to see hundreds of red and green eyes staring down at him and the others before Sam yelled as 20ft red and dark green spiders descended from the ceiling
"DEFENSIVE POSITION NOW!"
Everyone upon Sam's orders formed a circle with Sam in the mix as he looked at the two different looking spiders that appeared in front of him
Sam saw their names and saw none of them were past level 10 but saw still worried about the others as he said
"acid and vampire Spiders! Everyone work together! Avoid getting hit by them!
After the dragon morale was used everyone felt a surge of power run through them but had little time to stay still as Sam transformed into his Drake form and imagined a tsunami wave to swallow up the world as he said
"You all damage the balance of my forest and so you all must die!
Nearly half of the spiders were all wiped out from this single attack before Sam leveled up again and turned to see everyone working together to defeat the remaining spiders while system messages appeared as Sam watched them kill the spiders

Once all the spiders were killed Sam found it odd to have received no materials as he looked at the spiders lying in pieces before Sam saw down a tunnel a torch light up before he grabbed his sword and said before he went down the tunnel with the others following him

Everyone was confused but followed Sam's order and went back to the entrance and waited for Sam to say
"I do not need more distractions so you all will wait here until I return"
Jim immediately looked at Sam and said as Sam grabbed the raw meat from the duffel bag
"Master we can fight together rather then you having to fight the enemy by yourself"
Sam looked at Jim and the others for a moment and said as he put the last piece of meat in his storage
"That creature is a manticore and it's power might rival my own so I want you all to stay here while I fight it"

Once Sam reached the chamber where the manticore was all the torches on the walls lighted up while the passage behind him closed as the manticore had woken up and roared violently while Sam say a system message say
