The journey from the Kingdom of Veritas to the Kingdom of Mivell could be reached in eight hours by horse. However, the horse carriage carrying Ruby had yet to arrive at Mivell even though the sun had started to set.
"Are you feeling tired?" Matthew asked as he watched Ruby continue to stretch her body.
Ruby straightened her back and shook her head quickly. She later wrote, "I'm fine."
It was a lie.
Actually, Ruby felt that her hip would break if she had to sit in the carriage for the next few hours. Her legs also ached because she couldn't straighten them.
In addition, her health had not fully recovered, so her head would feel dizzy every time the horse carriage passed through the cobbled streets.
However, Ruby didn't want to complain and bother many people who accompanied her. Moreover, today the carriage has already stopped three times because of Ruby.
If the carriage stopped again, their journey would be delayed even longer.
