"Her Majesty, please calm yourself down. I'm perfectly fine!" Xylon tried to hold Ruby, who was approaching Matthew.
Looking at Ruby's annoyed expression, Xylon could guess that Ruby wanted to scold the King of Veritas for bullying her knight.
"What happened?" asked Matthew when he heard the noise of Xylon and saw Ruby walking towards him with her hands on her hips.
"Am I doing something wrong to you?" inquired Matthew while frowning. Because as far as he could remember, he hadn't offended Ruby since morning.
Ruby grunted in anger, then wrote quickly. "Not to me, but to Sir Xylon."
Matthew glanced at Xylon. "What about Sir Xylon?"
Ruby slapped her notes against Matthew's chest. "You had him kill fifteen demon beasts last night. Have you lost your mind?"
"Oh … that, did Sir Xylon complain to you?" Matthew's gaze grew sharper as he looked at Xylon.
