In the middle of the journey, the carriage windows were tightly closed by curtains from the inside, so the soldiers couldn't see Matthew and Ruby sitting inside.
Occasionally the carriage would sway, and they would hear a loud noise from inside.
"What exactly are they doing in there?" asked a soldier in surprise.
Xylon responded, "Well, what else could a husband and wife do in a closed room like that?"

Dena slapped Xylon on the back of the head. "Instead of gossiping like a middle-aged woman, you better pay attention to your surroundings. If any other danger comes to Her Majesty, you might truly be hanged by His Majesty."
Xylon tuts in annoyance and glanced at Dena with a sharp gaze. "Who do you call a middle-aged woman? You are such a complainant!"
"I'm not a complainant! I'm just providing information!" dodge Dena.
When Xylon and Dena were fussing about unclear things outside, Ruby and Matthew, who were in the carriage, didn't pay any attention to them.
