Beyond the inner gate where several cars were parked, a black SUV was parked particular closer to the barbed gate. The tall black gate had guards stationed on both sides.
Maxim, Maximus and Maxwell sat inside the SUV observing the grand hall which was now in chaos with the stunt pulled off by the young Miss and passed. They had all heard what happened from the microphone and knew that she had finished her act. Now it's time to get her out of there.
The guards stationed at the second gate had lessened as they run up and down within the inner gate. Panic was evident on their faces, they had let an intruder in despite their numbers and arsenal. If they are lucky enough, they could get away with a demotion, if not fired.
Maximus, although was a tad slower due to his weight and the constriction of his suit, carefully sneaked in when their attention was drawn by a weird cat hybrid. Maxwell was playing his own part well, his loud bark/meow and the growls were terrifying. No one wanted to get close to the monster.
Maximus is stronger than his more flexible brother thus had to be the one to go. With his fat suit, he doubt if Maxim would still be even flexible.
Just as he ducked behind one of the expensive looking sport cars to hide from passing guard, the Hall's door was opened revealing a man in black, carrying a woman bridal style as he decend the long stairs, definitely the groom, but the woman, he's not so sure is his bride. Behind him was a huge man wielding a long, dangerous sabre. The bearded man, looking like an Arabian Jinni with a turban wrapped around his head and a bushy beard covering half of his face would snarl whenever another person approach their small group.
Not long after the groom came out, a hysteric lady in a frilly white dress came running after him with shoes in her hands. Maximus was amused by the situation. Not long, Nova had been the one playing that role. Her chest heaved up and down as she yell something to the man. When he finally stopped, said a few words which Maximus couldn't possibly hear without even looking at the woman then resumed walking. The woman made a move to follow but stopped when a middle aged woman in an expensive dress called her attention. The bride stomped her feet like a child before turning around and back.

Maximus swallowed a lump in his throat and prepared for the worse. He took off towards them as they approach the parked cars fighting off the fear creeping up his spine. He didn't know what happened after she fainted, but was the groom, the victim of her blatant accusations supposed to carry her out? He didn't know whether it was a good thing or bad, whatever the case, he had to get her away from them.
When he was within hearing distance, Maximus called out. "Excuse me,...uh," wheeze, wheeze, "kind Sir?"
"Hello?" Pant, wheeze, "Mr Pierce sir," Maximus wheezed struggling with his breathing as he chased them all the way back to a white Limo decorated with white and gold ribbons and balloons. Either they didn't heard him or were simply ignoring him, Maximus couldn't wait for them. A driver had appeared and held the door open for the groom, they would get away and the young Miss would be in jail the next time they meet.
"Mr Pierce sir! What do you think you are doing to the young lady!" He screamed at the top of his lungs finally catching their attention as they all turned to face him. Maximus stumbled coming to a halt with mouth wide opened when he finally got a close look at Nova.
"Wha.. ho.." His mouth opened and closed unable to form sentences. "She's bleeding." He point a shaky finger at the patch of red stain on top of the slight bump on her stomach. "What did you do to the young Miss?" Maximus wasn't even faking it. He was truly horrified.
On the other side of the mic, Maxim heard his stupor and realized as well.
"Deep breath, Maxie, she's going to be alright as long as you get her away from him. It'll be alright."
The words from his brother help cleared up his head but didn't stop the tears that welled up his eyes. "Not only did you get her pregnant then dump her, now you are taking her life away as well?" His voice shook with each word, Maximus pushed forward until he was close enough to get Nova out of the groom's hold.
The three men were stupified, not even the Jinni moved for a second seeing the tears and pained reaction on his face. One can easily be convinced he had indeed got her pregnant then abandoned her when he was actually the victim. It didn't help that his parents had followed them out when he announced the wedding has been called off and came out. They stood not far behind witness this as well.
He had to give it to them, they were all good actors. They had him good. When the fat man in an uncomfortably tight suit took the bleeding girl out of his hand, he let him go to face his family whom were obviously waiting for him. He was constantly targeted, for stupid reasons.
The Arabian Jinni moved to stop him, placing a hand the weapons hilt but was stopped by his boss. He took his chance.
Not long after Maximus had gotten Nova back from the poor groom's hand and was heading back, a sound slap from behind him had him almost dropping injured Miss as he tripped. Over his shoulder, he caught a sight of the poor groom sporting a red cheek while an elderly woman disappear behind the Limo and shut the door with a loud slam. The rest of the people there walked away again without a second glance at him.
Poor guy.
