As it turns out, it was not in fact grassland, it was a swamp. Everything was proceeding normally for the first mile, but then out of nowhere the ground in front of him shifted. The grass that he was just stepping on was now a few feet underwater.
Needless to say, Havok was not fond of this sudden change, but this was the best way for him to smoke out anyone that was following him. The murky swamp water was infested with Leeches and Ticks. After only a few seconds of standing there with the water up to his waist, he felt them attach themselves to him.
Normally he would notice anyone approaching him, but all of the blue core ranked grass was affecting his 'Mana Sense', so he only noticed then once they latched on to him.
Like anyone would, he started to cut them off of him, but that only seemed to attract more of them. Each drop off blood that hit the water was like a beacon for the Demon Leech and beast tick.
