Three days had passed, and the man just watched his mate sleep, he was waiting for her to wake up. She would have woken up ages ago but due to the injuries she had sustained her body will have to heal first before waking up.
Ariana opened her eyes, but then closed them again the light had been too bright.
'Where am I?' She thought.
She looked around the room and met with a pair of red eyes on the corner of her bed.
Sh moved back up.
"My love you are finally awake." The man said with a smile walking towards her.
"How long was I asleep and who are you." She asked backing away from the hand that was about to caress her head.
"I am Adrian your mate, and you were out for three days." He replied sitting near her.
"Adrian!" She said the name again and the memories rushed back.
The rejection, the mating, the attack, her losing the baby, her wolf dying and finally the secret about her and getting her vampire mate.
"I am sure you want to reject me, if you want to do it, do it now. I can handle another rejection." She said looking down on her lap.
Although she had said so, she was scared that he really was going to do it.
"What are you talking? I am not going to reject you. I have waited for you for over a decade and I am not planing on letting you go." He said assuring her.
"My throat!" She said feeling her throat dry.
"Oh I almost forgot you need to feed." He said standing up.
"Feed?" She managed to say.
"Yes love, you are a vampire now. I will go and bring blood for you." He said leaving the room.
'Vampire' were the natural enemies of wolfs and she ended up becoming one of them.
Who was she to complain when her own kind had treated her worse than a dog. She felt sad for the loss of her wolf, Hunter's rejection and fully taking Ava as his mate almost killed her. Her child died before she could even see the world.
Adrian walked back and found her sitting with her legs to the chest and her head buried in them.
"Come it's time to feed, I would have fed you directly from me, but I don't you are ready for that yet." He said handing her the blood bag.
"Thanks!" She said and accepted the blood but made no move to drink it.
"Drink it, it's not that bad." He said when he saw her just looking at it.
She looked at him and looked at the bag in her hand and sank her teeth into it.
When she felt the blood go down her throat, she clenched the bad and drank it faster.
"More!" She said when she finished.
"Okay let me get more for you." He said and left.
She watched the door and felt warm, although she was cautious of him, she was happy to know that he cared for.
Adrian walked in with another bag and handed it to her.
"Where am I?" She asked him when she felt that she was full.
"Our room!" He replied.
"Our?" She asked.
"Yes, but don't worry I will not cross the limits without your permission." He spoke.
