Chapter 1 - Goblin in the First Dungeon

ARGH!

Oliver was trying hard to push the goblin that was making him retreat slowly, his strength wasn't big enough even though he tried to push with all his might. The huge creature didn't back off in the slightest.

"Get out of my sight!" shouted Oliver and kicked the goblin in the stomach until it managed to take a few steps back, and that was Oliver's chance to escape. He immediately ran and tried not to return to where Seijuro, his trainer. It would harm Seijuro.

Oliver ran breathlessly, while every time he looked back, the goblins were still chasing him and made Oliver have to speed up his pace.

"It's terrible! Why are they chasing me so hard!" Oliver shrieked as he ran away from them.

The giant goblin who was still chasing Oliver threw his weapon at Oliver, slowly but surely, he had predicted that his weapon would hit Oliver and knock him out. Oliver realized that he couldn't dodge, considering he realized it too late.

"This time I will definitely be eaten by them!" Oliver had resigned if the big gun hit his body and made him eaten by them. However, on the other hand, Shiro quickly came and jumped at Oliver, pushing him in another direction causing the gun to miss him. They both survived and fell to the ground.

BROK!

"Ouch!" shrieked Oliver who was in pain from being pushed by something.

"What the hell are you doing! I just left you, not even an hour, already met a goblin!" Shiro snapped who got up and cleaned his clothes.

"You're the one making me unfocused, you know!" Oliver again blamed Shiro.

"Huh! You're blaming me again?" Shiro also became increasingly irritated by his adam's words.

Oliver realized that they were still being chased by the goblins.

"Never mind! We'll discuss that later! There's something more important to know!" said Oliver who immediately grabbed Shiro's hand, and they ran very fast towards a cave in the forest.

At least the goblins didn't see them enter, although they would still be found later, at least they could rest. Oliver gasped for breath and took a deep breath because he was finally safe.

"Now where are we?" asked Shiro who looked around the cave.

Oliver immediately opened his map and turned on the flashlight he was carrying. He scanned the place where he was.

"We are in a cave in the middle of the forest." Oliver saw a blue mark in the cave.

"Then what? What sign?" Shiro also saw the same thing and pointed at the map.

"I don't know. Let's just take a look inside. Who knows something good might come of us." Oliver also put the map into his shirt pocket and immediately traced the cave. He felt there was something inside that could help him. "Oh yeah, I'm sorry for saying bad things to you," Oliver said as he continued walking, and Shiro was right behind him.

Shiro just scratched the back of his head and felt a little happy, because Oliver wanted to apologize, even though what he said wasn't wrong either.

"I also apologize to you for not being able to keep my mouth properly," Shiro replied who also felt guilty.

"No problem." Oliver looked at Shiro and smiled widely.

They continued to enter the dungeon, and the temperature inside was also getting colder. No one was wearing warm clothes, and it made Oliver shiver with cold.

"It's getting colder, are you sure you want to go inside?" asked Shiro who was starting to worry about Oliver's condition.

"No problem. I feel like we're close to our goal."

They continued forward, until they found a glimmer of light at the end of the cave. When they saw what was in the cave, they were so surprised when there was a dragon skull in which there were also a lot of treasures and there was a blue sword stuck in the pile of treasures. Oliver approached the sword.

"Where are you going? Don't pull out that sword, we don't know what will happen, do we?" asked Shiro who was a little worried by Oliver's rash attitude.

Without listening to Shiro's words, Oliver drew the blue sword and saw it clearly. If so, he fell in love at first sight. The sword was very beautiful in his eyes. It was blue with a shimmer that Oliver was very interested in.

"Alright, let's just take the sword and get out of here!" asked Shiro who was already behind Oliver and immediately pulled him out of the cave. Unfortunately they saw a group of goblins standing in front of the door where they had entered earlier. Oliver looked panicked.

"You dare take that sword?" said the giant goblin chief.

"This sword belongs to the knight who killed this dragon, doesn't it? So it doesn't belong to you!" Shiro defended them.

"That thing is our treasure! How dare you take it, when we worked so hard to pull the sword out of its place and never could." The goblin was starting to look very annoyed at Shiro and Oliver.

"Let us out of here, for we are not bothering you at all!" Shiro shouted trying to get them to leave.

"Oh, you're a defector, aren't you? No wonder you smell different from what I usually eat!" The Goblin smiled horribly and signaled his men to attack Oliver as well as Shiro.

Slowly the little goblins advanced towards them and were about to attack the two of them.

"There is no other way, we have to kill them too!" Shiro shouted and immediately ran to get rid of the goblins blocking their way. "You stay behind me! I will pave the way for you!" Shiro shouted while kicking and also attacking the goblins with his weapon.

While Oliver brought the blue sword and immediately followed Shiro who was trying to open the way. Suddenly a goblin attacked Shiro from behind, and made Oliver run immediately, then swung the sword he just pulled out.

ZRASH!

Blood came out of the goblin's body, seeing that, of course, made the giant monster angry, and attacked Oliver and Shiro.

"How dare you kill my men!" shouted the goblin as it ran towards Oliver.

With alacrity, Oliver immediately blocked the giant giant's attack with the sword earlier. However, what happened was that the goblin's weapon was split in two.

"W-what! No way! That sword doesn't belong to anyone! Why can you swing it at me!" The goblin was actually frightened by what had just happened.

"Next time, don't harm people and eat their bodies like that! You heartless creature!"

Oliver's palm shone, and you could see the light from his hand enveloping the sword he was carrying.

"Get out of our sight!" shouted Oliver and immediately slashed the goblin's body and tried to kill him.

"UWAHH!" shouted the goblin very loudly.
