The darkness of the night, the moon had not hesitated to shine it's light. Followed by the stars, all in all decorated the sky giving it a vibrant, cozy and warm feeling of an atmosphere. The serenity spoke volumes, it was indeed a friendly night.
"Hey! hold your balance." Having three tipsy girls roam home in the streets and one of them already drunk to bits.
"If it wasn't for you this wouldn't have happened!" The evident anger bubbling inside was a little translucent on the outside.
"What did I do this time?"
"Why did you keep cheering and hyping her up, now look what has happened." A terrible huff was blown out.
"Not like I forced her did I? You are always out on me wether it's my fault or not! you have sworn to always put the blame on me. You...."
"Kath just shush!!!" Kayla screamed at her.
And as if obeying commands, the incentive noise she was recklessly spouting instantly ceased.
"I....I was supposed to go to the hospital." A burpee voice came from the person they were outrightly trying to hold in restrains. "Mr...Mr billionaire hasn't....had dinner yet."
Kayla face palmed herself. "See! see what you've caused?"
"What did I do? and who is Mr billionaire?" Kathy asked not flowing along with what's happening.
"You know what? Go home, it's late already I will handle Al."
"Why should I...."
"Just go." Wanting to argue but was abruptly pushed, albeit gently by Kayla, Kathy had no choice but to just go forward. Not without looking back time to time with unquenched curiosity.
"Bye!" Kayla waved with a small tug of her lips, before it quickly disappeared with no trace at all.
"I haven't....Paid Mr... Billionaire a visit yet."
Kayla could only roll her eyes to Alvira's drunken stunt. She carefully pulled Alvira through till they reached their apartment. With Alvira still making incoherent murmurs and blabs.
Reaching their apartment, Kayla took out the key and opened the door, She gently grabbed Alvira by her waist and pulled her In, into her bedroom. She carefully laid her on the bed, took of her shoes and sweater.
"Yeh!! Tonight was awesome!" Alvira screamed childishly."
"Al had fun, Kay had fun and even snitchy Kathy had fun!" She kept repeating with giggles and chuckles in-between.
"Oh God knows if you were a child I would have slapped the drunkenness out of you." Kayla said in harsh bearable whispers trying to keep her anger in control.
But Alvira totally ingnored her and kept repeating the same phrase lines over again making Kayla infuriated.
"No alcohol for you again. Never!" Kayla jeered at her.
She properly lay Alvira down nicely on the bed before covering her up with a duvet so not to get caught by a cold. After which in less than three minutes, Alvira fell asleep soundly like a baby.
In a secret underground Base.
"Boss, I'm sorry but we couldn't catch him, he disappeared the moment he went near the lake bank."
"He did huh?" A sadistic smirk breaking off on the side of his lips.
"Yes Boss, but Kyle and his Men are leading in on the trace they found on him and I think it will get them somewhere soon." The man reported with respect.
"Kyle!, Kyle!, Kyle!. Everything Kyle, Looks like having a thousand of you is useless when only one person gets the job done." The person they just addressed as boss said to them. His voice coming off simple but getting furious and aggressive at the end.
They man who spoke respectfully bowed his head down in shame and submission. Having no words to defend his inability.
"Ten days! Within Ten days I want him dragged down to this base. Wether Dead... Or Alive." The sinister look he had was enough to scare them to their deaths. Guaging from his expression, he wasn't joking with this order. Their Boss never jokes but for sure he was more than damn serious about this one.

Dawn had shone brightly, birds chirping and the sound of morning hustle had began.
"Al?! Al?! I'm leaving, your meal is in the kitchen you could probably heat it up and don't forget the hangover drug at the living room Okay? I'm gone now." Kayla gave her instructions to the half awake Alvira who's eyes were still drooping with unsatisfied rest.
By the time Kayla had exited the house, The ticking sound the clock makes anytime it hits an 'O'Clock' Rang loudly, making her stir consciously in bed. "Arghh!" Alvira groaned tiredly.
Her eyeballs almost fell out when she realized it's Past Seven o'clock and she's still in bed. No way! She knew she has to go to work today no matter what. She sprinted out of her bed and ran straight for the bathroom.
In less than thirty minutes she was done with haste, she microwaved the food Kayla left for her, packed it and took the drugs in an empty stomach. Then boom! she was out of the house.
Alvira made a stop at the hospital. With nervousness and what she perceived as reluctance, she went in. Checking the Time it was some minutes left to eight o'clock, meaning it wasn't too early to come see a patient. With expertise she strolled in to the room he was staying at.
Knocking once and again twice, but came no reply. Alvira furrowed her brows in questions. Remembering the fact that he wasn't a vocal person to begin with, She slowly opened up the door with the thought that she was being purposely ignored upon.
Alvira walked in with slow strides, only to be met with an empty bed that had lost it's warmth a long time ago. Darting her eyes everywhere but she couldn't find the answer that she desperately wanted to find. Her eyes landed on her bracelet she left on her previous visit here. Alvira stared at it with a smile—An unbelievable smile that had a hint of sadness and something undecipherable in it.
