Chapter 4 - Unconditionally

Happy Reading Guys

"What are you thinking?"

Aurora instantly turned around as a soft voice greeted her sense of hearing. Her small, ripe lips instantly reflected a charming smile. The moonlight hitting right above her head made her long, dark hair look a little shiny. A real beauty. Amira cannot hide her admiration for Aurora's charm. Although Amira was not the first time to witness the natural beauty of this woman but still she was amazed. The white Aurora porters are very contrasting with the touch of moonlight to make their beauty levels increase.

Amira blinked her eyes, forcibly withdrawing her consciousness. Then she stepped forward and stood in front of Aurora.

"You're daydreaming?" she asked after successfully mastering herself.

Aurora chuckled a little, hiding the anxiety that had displayed in her bright brown eyes.

"No. I was just staring at the moon that looked great in the empty sky." Aurora said softly, reviewing a soothing smile.

Amira frowned, raising her head to look at the night sky.

"He is not alone. There are stars who accompany him there."

Aurora turned around, took part in looking at the stars that seemed reluctant to shine tonight.

"Stars are just mother's night decorators not to illuminate the night. It is the moon that illuminates the night." Aurora's words sounded sad, which was clearly captured by Amira's ears.

"Actually, what makes you look different tonight? You've even been silent since Shasa's birthday party." Amira said slowly by judging.

Aurora turned sideways, staring at Amira. "I met that cruel man, Mom."

"Cruel man?" Amira replied quickly, not allowing confusion for too long," Who do you mean, cruel man?"

Aurora stared hesitantly, weighing the exact word from her tongue. "Darren Chriss Light. I met that guy today."

Silent

So Long

So gripping

The sound of the wind that touched Aurora's hair covered her face, making her gaze a little blocked to understand Amira's expression. The woman clucked furiously, then moved her hand to grab her long hair and tuck it behind her ear. Aurora squinted to clarify her field of vision, but Amira's expression was just flat, as if unaffected by Aurora's words.

Yeah. The entire world knows the figure of Darren Criss Light, a cold-handed man whose name is famous for black business owners. The cruel man will not indiscriminately if anyone dares to disturb the circle of his life. Darren has wealth in almost all parts of the world, and that's what makes the law seem hysterically adoring. There is no justice in dealing with Darren because the man's decision is absolute without negotiation.

Aurora pondered, imagining her unlucky fate, who never expected that she would meet Darren in person. Aurora let out a long breath and then stared at Amira.

"Mom?"

Aurora's soft voice that was heard suddenly jolted Amira out of reverie. Her eyes reflexively blinked before then turning towards Aurora.

"Don't deal with him anymore, honey. I want nothing to happen to you." Amira spoke strongly in warning Aurora to be heard well.

"I understand, mom. Don't worry, I promise I won't see that guy again."Aurora replied steadily, without the slightest hesitation.

Amira squinted. "My beautiful daughter, you can always easily change my mood." She continued, throwing a big smile.

Aurora again chuckled, this time sounding sincere. She then wrapped her hand in Amira's hand, hugging her affectionately. "Alright old mother, let's go in and get some sleep. I've been so sleepy."

Amira let out a sigh as she strode along with Aurora, "this old woman is your mother's bad girl." She continued later, which was only reciprocated by Aurora's piety.

Darren's expression darkened as he entered the pitch-black room. Anger seemed to spread from all sides to make the atmosphere even colder. The bodyguards at once bowed their heads, showing a respectful attitude. One guard in front of the door opened the door and then let Darren in.

Darren kept walking without showing his hospitality.

Darren's blue eyes fell on a large man tied to a chair. Darren grinned and walked over to the man.

"You're a little late this time Anthonio."Darren's voice was bitter when he spoke, but his eyes did not look at Anthonio.

"Excuse me, sir. All because this man was under someone's protection."Anthonio gave a firm answer.

Darren raised an eyebrow, threw a scornful smile and then bent down to move his fingers and pull the man's chin roughly against him.

"No wonder a little mouse like you dared to bite me. Apparently, you have a herd behind me." Darren clenched his jaw and then pressed the tip of his nail on the man's jaw. "Tell me who told you to." He sizzled.

The man, who was already full of wounds, was seen wrapping his lips hard to unravel a thin smile. His eyes stared closely at Darren.

"Why should I?" he said as if defiantly. "Am I not going to die? Of course, I don't want to see you complacent by obeying your orders."

A large and powerful fist floated on the man's chin, his body overturned, followed by a coughing sound that released fresh blood. His voice whimpered. His body was about to rise, but it didn't work because all his strength had been exhausted.

"I give you 5 seconds to think. Tell me who told you." Darren pressed the man's head with one of his legs to make a screaming sound of pain spread throughout the room.

"I'd rather die! At least I'm quite satisfied to see you like this. You look pathetic with that frustrated expression of yours. I've broken your pride!" He said with a lofty tone while glaring his eyes fiercely.

Hearing that, Darren directly pulled his legs off the top of the man's head. He stared for a moment and looked at Anthonio.

"Shred his whole body after that. Put him in the freezer. He cannot die in an intact body."

That sadistic decision is an order. Which immediately made the atmosphere of silence even more terrible. All the air tonight seemed to be sucked out to make the chest tighten. But not with Anthonio. He instead smiled mysteriously and then looked at the man with an icy gaze. Anthonio was about to burst out laughing when he saw his face was deathly pale like a corpse.

"Yes, sir." he said without letting go of his gaze.

Darren smiled obliquely, then moved about to step to the door but immediately stopped because he heard Anthonio's voice back.

"Sir?'

Darren tilted his head slightly while his body still lagged in front. He didn't need to bother to face towards Anthonio.

"Say it." He briefly emphasized.

"All the files on Miss Aurora are already on your desk." Anthonio spoke expressionlessly, looking warily at Darren's back.
