Chapter 8 - Chapter 8: Meeting the pervert

For me, this week was really busy. I only had the option to sleep because I had accelerated classes during these seven days.

My etiquette teacher said, "Alright your grace, we are done for today and for all etiquette sessions."

"I really appreciate you taking the time to teach me all these valuable lessons."

"It is my pleasure, you grace," she replied with a smile on her face.

"You're a quick learner in dancing, your grace," the dancing teacher said. She added, "All of your sessions are over, so we simply have one session remaining where you practice the dance with his grace, but I don't know when he will be available."

Oh, right, I forgot that he would be my dance partner. God help me. I responded, "Don't worry, I'll talk to him today to see when we should schedule it, and I'll send someone to let you know."

"Good then, have a good day and see you soon, your grace," she said as she departed from the room with the etiquette teacher.

While stretching, I said, "Ah, finally everything is done."

"You still have things left your grace." Leola interrupted my joy.

I approached her and held her hand while acting cute, saying, "Leola, why are you always hurting me? Leola is a bad woman."

She winced as she shook her head. "Look at you. You don't look like a duchess with these manners, as if those etiquette lectures didn't affect you."

Daisy and I both burst out laughing. Ah, this woman, I truly like her. I always feel a warmth when I'm with her. I like to try to be cute when I'm with her. But poor her, I always get her into trouble and I'll do more in the future.

"My lady, are you going to go meet his grace right away?" Daisy enquired.

"Yes, I must speak with him about the practice, but isn't he at work right now?"

"I don't think he will refuse to see you because you are his wife."

I smiled, raising my eyebrows and saying, "Really?"

"Yes, I'm certain of it." she answered, aggressively nodding.

I pinched her cheeks as she blushed and chuckled at how adorable she was. "Then let's go right away, " I said.

"Your grace, may I not accompany you as I have some arrangements to complete regarding the ceremony?" Leola asked.

"No problem, go ahead, we can go just me and Daisy." I assured her and then she left.

I hadn't spoken to Amon since our last encounter in the study room, considering that I made the decision to visit him today. As a result of the never-ending classes, even Julian, I had not seen him. This made me feel bad for him and like I was an irresponsible mother. He is only a youngster and doesn't deserve this treatment; instead, he deserves extra care and consideration so that he can grow up mentally healthy and not psycho. I need to check on him right away after meeting Amon.

While Daisy and I were strolling through the garden, I was thinking about that and making plans in my mind.

I remarked as I gazed at the roses, "Man, I'm absolutely in love with them; they look expensive."

Daisy remarked, "They are beautiful and elegant like you."

"Oh thank you sweetie. You have really improved in flirting compared to the day I taught you that," I replied, and we started giggling together. "Is there a rare flower in the garden, Daisy?" I asked.

"There are actually rare flowers called blue hydrangeas in the main hall garden, where his grace work is located."

" I see. Since it is on our way, let us pick some."

"I don't know if we are allowed to do that."

"Don't worry, no one will now, plus don't you want to purchase your lady a lovely gift like her," I replied, widening my eyes even more to persuade her.

She hesitated before saying, "Alright, we'll do that."

After a short distance of walking, we reached the main hall garden. "All right, let's split up here and start looking; I'll go right and you'll go left." We were sneaking around like thieves beneath Amon's workplace, looking for the rare flower, as Daisy described it. However, I need to take this opportunity because I truly want to see it because I've never seen one before. While doing the research, Daisy started screaming, and I instantly ran to her. However, I saw something that greatly irritated me. I saw a tall guy with straight dark brown hair that was wavy at the top and dreamy brown eyes, wearing a suit, grabbing the waist of my Daisy and touching her butt. I went straight up to him yelling "You the pervert out there how dare you harass my girl!". He quickly put his hands down and stared at me blankly. He is lucky that I didn't beat him. I gave him a death stare and went to check on my Daisy while he was still standing there.

"Don't worry, I'm okay. My knees were only scratched. My lady, he actually did—"

"Don't worry, my baby, I'll get your rights back and teach this pervert a lesson," I interpreted her.

I grabbed him by the ears and told Daisy to lead me to his grace office. While that guy was saying, "Your grace, please believe me and let me go. You are really hurting my ears. I am not a pervert. I am really innocent. "

As we ascended the stairs, I replied, "Ha innocent my foot, you want to fool me with your innocent look."

He kept justifying himself, saying, "She just fell, and I grabbed her." Daisy agreed, saying, "He's right, my lady."

"Daisy, we've arrived at Amon's office. Don't worry about him; he will deal with him. "

I slammed the door of the office with all my strength and entered. All the employees who were there with Amon raised their heads toward us, and we were all doing an eye-staring contrast for a moment. Until that pervert guy ran behind Amon's back and said, while pointing at me, "Amon, look at her grace. She is bullying me."

"You may all be dismissed," Amon ordered the employees inside the office before querying that guy, "What are you doing here?"

"I feared you were dead. You hadn't written me any letters or responded to mine, so I came to check on you. "

"Do you know him?" I asked.

Amon nodded. That person smiled and added, "We are best friends." He tried to hug Amon, who pushed him with a straight face.

No, please do not tell me that I misjudged, embarrassed myself once more, and jumped to stupid conclusions.
