After two weeks of staying in the rift, Michael is meditating while sitting on the ground with his legs crossed while yellow light is surrounding him. He's trying to compress the flow of mana to get better acquainted with his ability.
"S Rank affinities are truly magical." Stated Uriel as she watched over Michael who is now sitting underneath a tree that's close to their cave.
"I assumed that affinities were your compatibility with the element you possess and the rank is the level you've raised it to right?" Asked Michael who has now opened his eyes.
"Yes, that's correct and your S Ranked affinity is showing it's worth. You're already able to utilize the light element so now I can truly teach you my techniques." Uriel was speaking faster and with a bit of excitement in her voice.
Michael stared at her and began to use his eyes to see what stats she possessed.

Michael was flustered mentally after seeing Uriel's abilities. He knew just from looking that he stood no chance against her currently.
"So every time I get stronger, you do as well without having to do anything."
"Yes, as your aid I become stronger at the same time as you. It's more so my seals are being undone." Stated Uriel
"Now Corvinus recall the light skills that I inserted into your brain and let's start training!"
Michael decided to chose the stealth skill that Uriel used to enter the rift for his first try. He understood that this move reflected the light around the user causing the illusion of the user becoming invisible. It was a perfect move for someone who will have to devour others to become stronger.
In his memories he can see the person in the memory had the same face as him as he could feel that individual circulating their mana. They're spreading their mana across their body evenly before turning the mana into light elemental energy. Michael began to imitate that sensation as he attempts to master this technique.
(He picked it up on the first try after just recalling the memories?) Uriel knew that this was a rare feat and the shock was seen all across her face. Every skill she sent him was the memories of someone executing that skill and the process in which they did so. For Michael to pick it up so soon was extremely difficult.
As she contemplated mentally, Michael's body began to disappear to the naked eye.
"Good job, you can now use that move efficiently, but you still need to master it. Higher ranked awakeners will sense the flow of mana in the air if you use this move and haven't mastered it completely. It's a technique meant to be used on those around the same level as you or just two ranks higher."
Michael undid the camouflage and begin to look through his mind for a movement skill. He understood what Uriel meant, but this was enough right now until he could train all his skills in combat where it truly mattered.
Michael then closed his eyes and saw the same young man from the last memory. He had shoulder length blonde hair, a elegantly handsome face and clear blue eyes. Michael began to wonder if this was him and just a simulation. The young man in the mirror then went into a different room with a high ceiling and red and gold interior along the walls and floors. In the middle of the room looks to be a cleared out area and that's where the young man was headed. Once at the center of the room, Michael could feel the young man circulate his mana once again but this time strictly to the heel of his feet. Then he saw the young man move very fast with an after image made of light trailing him as his movements looked like a dance was being performed. He was amazed as he watched and realized this skill was truly beautiful. He wanted to move like that, he wanted to be that fast and that nimble so he began to observe every detail before trying this himself. Once the memory faded, he then mimicked the circulation pattern of mana before finally opening his eyes.
He then got up from where he sat and began to recall the memory while using the technique for the first time. His movements are stiff but they are also similar to the young man in the memory. Uriel watches this without saying a word, she can see his concentration and knew not to speak.
(He was able to use this skill as well?! It took me three months for this!) screamed Uriel in her mind as she watched Michael's movements become more and more graceful. After an hour, Michael's movement skill was just as fluid as the young man's. His mana was running low so he decided it was a good stopping point even though he wanted to continue more.
"After I take a rest, we will start hunting monsters so I can boost my stats up even more. Maybe I can reach E rank in a month after I'm strong enough to solo the boss." Said Michael with even more confidence than before.
