Cara's POV:
I woke up in the crack of dawn to grandmother's groans I threw myself out of bed untangling myself from the covers I had being wrapped in and sprinted to her room where she laid in bed groaning in pain
i rushed to her side kneeling on my knees
"grandmother are you okay !?"
she only groaned as tears streamed down her face "grandma can you hear me ?" she nodded as she opened her mouth slightly I assume to take in a deep breath
i rushed out of the room grabbing so pain killers along with a glass of water I then helped her sit up and gave her the pills to take
after a few minutes she said she had felt better
i sigh as relief washed over me "god grandmother you scared me !" she smiled as I pinched the bridge of my nose
"You need to go to the pack doctor " I saw her eyes go wide
"no Cara you-" I cut her off
"no grandmother I don't want to hear it I will talk to the alpha myself if I have to please listen your the eldest omega you serve him his food I'm sure he wouldn't mind !"
"No Cara do you no understand me didn't I teach you anything ! how dare you question my decision now young lady go to your room and think about raising your voice at me " she said sternly I always wanted what's best for grandmother she looked after me she nursed me I love her so much I'd kill myself if anything has to happen to her
i looked at the floor nodding and walking out of the room head hung low I jumped back into my warm cosy bed and fell of to sleep for the second time
i woke up to the bell ringing normally grandmother rang it meaning I would be one of the first omegas awake but today I didn't wake up because grandmother was to sick to continue her task
i woke up grabbed my towel and walked to the bathroom brushing my teeth along with taking a shower I changed into denim shorts with a black hoodie paring it of with black converse I never liked dressing up all fancy i mean Jew dressed up was better than me probably because she wanted to impress her mate beta Seth
i went to check on grandmother as I saw Ezra sitting next to her and feeding her soup grandmother Esme looked pale and fragile Im honestly afraid that after I finish my chores I won't see her take another breath again
tears threatened to escape but I brushed it away with a sad smile as I knocked onto the door
"morning aunty Ezra " I said kissing her on the cheek
"morning grandmother you look beautiful as ever " she smiled as I kissed her forehead
"morning Cara " she said as she took another sip of the soup from a plastic spoon
"I'm looking after grandmother Esme today Cara so that means you will be surving alpha breakfast today " my eyes widen as I looked at her
"what no I can't please no Ezra you do it get Jew to do it please not me okay never mind not Jew to !" she smiled shaking her head left to right
"well I would definitely ask someone else to Surve him since your such a clumsy girl " I cringed remembering how I had dropped the boiling hot tea on one of the guards member he screamed so loud the tea cup and shattered in pieces apparently he couldn't have pups just because of me what if I had to do that to alpha I'd jeopardise the whole pack
" haha Ezra my granddaughter isn't clumsy she just got burnt because of holding the jug of tea without a rag " grandmother said coughing at the end of her sentence
" Then if you can please do I can't meet someone as horrible as him I mean his the alpha yes but ... I'm sorry I can't please don't do this to me !"
she frowned looking at grandmother avoiding my gaze
" trust me I would if I could " she said
" and why can't you let me atleast mop the floors and not serve alpha ?"
"because he ordered that Esme's granddaughter serve him breakfast this morning " I closed my eyes in horror oh god was I going to die ?
my stomach fluttered as grandmother looked at me wait hold up was she just smirking before she had caught me looking at her
"grandmother?"
"yes Cara ?"
"why are you smirking I'm going to die " I said tears staining my face
"oh yourl be doing alot of things but dying nope that's hardly possible "
"what are you hiding ?" i asked bopping her nose
"me nothing " she said smiling at me
"oh grandmother give me a hug and kiss for the last time " I laughed but deep down my soul was on fire coming up with lines to beg alpha lucifer to spare me
after bidding goodbye to grandmother and aunty Ezra I walked into the kitchen throwing my apron on as I took the pad with the alphas order for breakfast today he order for ten eggs scrambled in extra onions along with two glasses and a bottle of wine and toast with melted butter
i always made his food as grandmother served him his dishes but today I put in extra work tossing and turning in the kitchen swaying my hips to the music being played from the radio we had kept in the kitchen
i then grabbed the dishes and dished out the food along with pouring the wine as I placed on a golden tray and when I say golden yes pure gold it's frame designed with real diamonds
i walked into the dinning room as I saw him seated the black tux hugging his muscles his black tossled hair his red piercing gaze hypnotysing me I felt a magnetic force pulling me to him a wierd scent filled the room i mean i could sniff in human form but this scent was so ... so intimate so ... so strong so attractive so juicy wait omg no snap out of it his alpha
Leah yelled " MINE" I shook her off as I stepped and stood next to him placing his dish of steamy eggs and wine clearing my throat trying to make him take his eyes of me
"where should i-" before I could say anything my wrist was held in one of his hands the golden tray fell to the ground his face inches away from mine he then buried his face in my neck taking in my scent I was now backed up on the dining room table as he held onto my hands with on hand and the other on the small of my back
his touch sent shivers down my spine my heart jumped in joy my wolf howled in joy
"Al- alpha?" i asked my voice trembling did he plan to rip off my throat omg is that why Leah is happy ? cause I'm going to die was I such a bad human wait why am I saying 'was' I'm still alive right maybe I'm dreaming what if I'm dreaming pretty sure I'm dreaming
before I could say anything alpha lucifer whispered in my ears with his deep Italian spooky voice " you aren't dreaming princess this is real and you are mine both in your dreams and in reality " just as his warm lips crashed onto mine
