After having an existential crisis on the toilet, Jamie came to the conclusion that it's better to think on the bright side. No more, monthly mood swings and crime scenes on the toilet...she couldn't get over the fact that she has to deal with a sausage between her legs.
So, she buried herself under her bedsheets hoping to never see the day of light again.
Sadly, that was only good for the weekend and she was dragged out of bed by her father and dropped off at school.
In a daze she walked through the school gates and entered her classroom.
"Jamie!!" A low pitched but feminine yell woke her out of her daze and looked at the short haired blond who wrapped an arm around her shoulder
"Why didn't you call us when you woke up? We almost thought we had lost our leader to a little news pole!"
"W-what do you mean by leader?..." Although, Jamie recognized the person beside her as her best friend since kindergarten, Steff. The Steff she knew was a bookworm like her but unlike her she enjoyed reading works that wearnt as well known.
Not a person who would get a dye job, deep voice and say the words 'our leader' which sent chills down her spine. 'Trouble' was all she thought before Steff responded back in a confident tone.
"You know what I'm talking about. Your our leader! Leader of the Silver Sun!" She grinned widely with pride.
Other than the complete nonsense that came out of her friends mouth. Jamie felt oddly familiar with the words 'Silver Sun' but that curiosity was completely overwhelmed by the fear at Steff's next words.
"Anyways, you woke just in time! We have a brawl planned today with the senior class at the next school over. They have been causing issues in our turf and we've gotta show them whose boss." She had on a troubled expression at the end before it was quickly replaced by a grin.
"With our leader there we are sure to win!! I'll get you after school and we can meet up with the gang out front." With that she rushed out of the classroom and to her class.
She left Jamie with a massive headache and loss of will to continue living.
