Detective branch, Southern Police Station.
"Oh look! Who is early today?" Drizella pushed her chair and rolled out of her desk seeing Liana walking inside the room.
"Is the sun shining on the west today?" She got up and teased as Liana was the last person to rush inside their office every day.
"Well, I have a human alarm now," Liana commented showing Leon who was tailing behind her. She smiled and glanced at him and he just shyly bowed to Drizella as he was also her senior.
"And, I am so glad you finally found him." Looking at him, Drizella smiled and then turned to Liana, "He will at least keep you on track from today."
"Right, Mr. Handsome?" She surprisingly clung to his arm and Leon was taken back by her action, even her words.
"He is out of your league, Drizzy! Don't even think anything funny." Liana immediately freed him from her friend's grip and moved him to her other side.
Leon sighed as she rescued him and stood behind her, looking away from the ladies as he needed to calm down. He hated when people threw at him, and Drizella's unrequested touch panicked him.
"At least let me befriend him!" Drizella grumbled with a pout but Liana pushed her back to her desk.
"He doesn't like making friends!" Saying that she flicked Drizella's forehead and hurried back to Leon.
"It looks like you don't want him to make new friends, Lily!" She grumbled rubbing her forehead and with a pout glared at their back.
"We will be having a general meeting at 9.00 Am first." Walking him to her desk, she placed her backpack and smiled at him, "All you need to introduce yourself during the meeting. Chief will then assign you under a senior, and you can go on field visits with them."
Leon nodded clutching his bag and when his eyes fell on her messy table, he sighed. She hadn't changed at all.
"Clean your table." He ordered with a disgusted look as he hated unorganized things.
"Huh? Why?" Looking at her table, Liana blinked and turned to him, "It looks clean."
"Your files are spread everywhere, the coffee cans aren't thrown out, your tab isn't put near the charger and your computer," Pointing at all the things one by one, Leon blinked and commented, "It has food on it."
She looked at her keyboard, and then at the things he mentioned and sighed. Yes, now that he detailed, it looked a little messy for her.
"I will clean it later," She said forcing out a smile and tried changing the topic, "You want to go to the cafeteria? They make the best food."
"Now!" Leon ordered clutching his strap and glared at her.
"Let's do it after breakfast, okay?" Liana asked, holding back her urge to beat him up. He was literally getting on her nerves now.
Leon shook his head in response and she rose her fist in frustration. But when he anxiously blinked sensing her anger, she lifted it down and sighed out loud.
"Fine," Gritting her teeth, she rolled the sleeves of her hoodie and started cleaning her table.
A few of the officers who had just entered were surprised to see her this early. Some even blinked seeing her clean her table and Liana could only awkwardly greet them.
Hastily cleaning everything, she took out her gloves and threw them in the dustbin. Sighing out loud, she looked at Leon who nodded satisfied with a tiny smile.
"Let's have breakfast now!" Adjusting her sleeves, she held his arm and grinned, "I will get you a free coffee, come on!"

Meeting time.
Everyone settled in the conference room, taking their chairs and Leon went to stand beside the other two rookies as they weren't assigned spots yet. Soon the Chief entered the room along with Joseph and everyone got up to bow to him.
"Oh, you guys are already here." Graham smiled at the three and took his seat while Joseph went and sat on his chair.
"Let's start the meeting," At his order, Drizella excitedly got up from her seat and stood in front of the presentation board.
"Since we have new members, let's start with their introduction." She smiled at the three and gestured them to come to the center giving them the space.
"Hello everyone. I am Benjamin Johnson." Ben bowed to them and added, "It's pleasure meeting you all, and I am looking forward to working with you."
"Hello, everyone." Christina smiled at them and kept her introduction sweet, "I am Christina Walker. Please take care of me well during the trial period."
Everyone clapped for her and waited for Leon to speak. He blinked anxiously and looked around, trying to say something different from them.
"I-I am Leon Davies. I am here to wo-work with yo-you all." And that's everything he could say and there was no reaction from anyone. Even Graham was a little puzzled as he was expecting him to speak a little more.
"Yay!" Liana started clapping and cheered them, mainly smiling at Leon, "Welcome guys!"
Soon Drizella and everyone else followed her and Leon sighed bowing to them along with the other two.
"Please take your seats," Drizella gestured to them and they bowed to her and walked to the round conference table.
Liana gingerly patted the empty seat beside her and Leon went to sit beside her. Her attraction surprised everyone and even Ryan who was sitting on the other side couldn't help but frown at her.
"Take down your notepad and write down important points from all the cases." She whispered leaning to Leon's side who nodded nervously taking out his book.
"Don't worry, you did a good job." She said patting his head and even smiled at him gaining everyone's attention.
Most of them were curious about their relationship now. And Joseph was the most bothered as he was worried Liana would be partial to him. He didn't want Leon to be on his team simply because of his condition.
"Alright, for now, everyone continue with your cases." Joseph nodded to his team and looking at the three rookies, he smiled, "Since it's the first day, let them familiarize with the station first. We can assign them to you guys later."
Everyone nodded folding their books, laptops, etc, and waited for their chief to leave the room first.
"And also," Smiling at the three, Graham added, "let's give them a welcome party tonight!"
"Pick a place and inform everyone." He ordered Drizella and everyone cheered bowing to him as he walked out.
Joseph sighed shaking his head and walked following him. He was simply trying to owe the rookies and he thought it was a total waste of time.
Liana whispered something to Leon again who nodded closing his book. Ruffling his hair, she smiled before walking out of the room following her seniors.
Ryan closed his laptop and left the conference room. Rushing behind her, he grabbed her hoodie and pulled her behind. Grabbing her neck, he placed his hand over her shoulder and said something making Liana chuckle out loud.
She held his hand and twisted it around his back. Both happily bickered for a while before heading towards the Chief's chamber.
"Are they two dating?" Christina who had observed them just like Leon asked helping Drizella arrange her files.
"Oh, you mean Lily and Ryan?" Drizella asked looking up from her papers and Christina nodded, she chuckled shaking her head.
"No! But," Holding the stack of files, she smiled at her, "they are the most shipped couple in our station."
"And I can see why!" Christina commented and both the girls chuckled before walking out of the meeting room.
'Shipped?' Leon couldn't get that part and he blinked, creasing his brows in tension.
Taking out his phone, he searched for the shipped word and found nothing but random synonyms. He searched again and sighed locking his phone.
He looked out of the meeting room, blinking a few times before he mustered up his courage and rushed to Drizella's desk.
"What do you mean by most shipped couple?" He asked anxiously staring at her computer and when she looked up at him, he awkwardly looked away and blinked a few times.
"Huh?" Drizella took a moment to ponder and later realized what he asked, "You mean about Liana and Ryan?"
When the puppy nodded gingerly, she chuckled before explaining to him, "It means that people are rooting for them to date."
"To have a romantic relationship!" She pressed grinning from ear to ear.
"To have a romantic relationship," Leon repeated her line and left something weird inside him.
"Why? Why?" Crossing her arms, Drizella teased seeing him make a pout, "Are you jealous?"
