"Woahhh!" People around him started to cheer, some dancing while some chilling in the corners. There was a high DJ setup on a floor above him and Leon shuddered at the noise.
"I should I should," He quickly paced around, moving away from the bunch of gigs who started dancing and he pushed himself to the other corner.
But to his displeasure, girls had occupied that region and were musing to the loud hip hop music. Some had drinks in their hands, some hugging someone else and he got stuck between the two groups.
Things started to get blurred and he blinked, raising and knotting his brows from time to time as he was having a breakdown. His vision started getting dizzy, and he bumped into a girl.
"Oh, Hi Handsome!" The girl turned around and smirked looking at him.
"So-sorry," Leon lightly bowed his head but before he could escape, the girl held his arm.
"Well, I need something else instead of sorry," She walked to his front as Leon tried to himself and moved closer to his face, "Wanna grab a drink?"
"Move away!" Leon convulsed at her touch and pushed her harshly. The girl stumbled back but her friends held her from falling to the ground.
"How dare you?" She gritted her teeth and was about to hold him by his collar but Leon pushed through them and ran in another direction.
"Catch him!" The girl ordered and her friends nodded before running behind Leon.
Leon pushed through the crowd, his mind swinging as his anxiety level rose up and he couldn't keep up with the loud music.
"Ahh, ahhh," He started stimming, reaching the wall and crawled up in a corner.
Tears trickled down his face as he saw the people dancing, and shouting in front of him. Their legs moved to the beats and hands swayed in symphony, and he closed his ears tightly. Everything started getting fuzzy, his vision losing its focus and he instantly closed his eyes, shutting them tightly in extreme fear.
He needed to get out of this place! But the door was on the other end and he just couldn't simply walk through the crowd. It was too difficult for him.
While on the next floor.
"He didn't chip in any clues," Liana grumbled with a sigh and Ryan nodded in response.
Taking the file from her hands, he studied it again but there wasn't much they could ask this waiter. The victim merely had a conversation with him and they needed to check the footage again.
"He is so impatient," Liana suddenly chuckled shaking her head and he frowned peeking inside her phone.
"You two seem very close," He couldn't help but comment as he observed this sudden change in Liana's behavior. She was more lively than before and of course, Leon was the reason.
"Yep. We are very close!" Liana replied with a smile and then tried calling him.
She tried a few times and frowned when he didn't pick up. At the next trial someone picked up and it was not her Leon.
"Who the fuck are you?" Liana suddenly screamed, her brows creased in panic.
"What's wrong?" Ryan asked in confusion as she cut the call and tried dialing again.
"Someone else picked the phone and he seemed drunk," She said and cursed as it went to voice mail.
Voice Mail? Yes, right! He had sent her a voice mail!
Liana hurriedly went to her phone desk and played his voice mail.
"I I am in-side," And his anxious voice made her face pale out.
"Where is he?" She mumbled panic written all over her face as she dialed Leon's number again.
She tried and tried, but when no one picked, she cursed and called him again without giving up. Pacing around, she anxiously rubbed her neck and even started biting her lower lip.
Ryan who had never seen her in such a state, being a worry wart couldn't help but blink in surprise. Her eyes even started tearing up and he didn't know if he should laugh or cry with her as it was rare for Liana to cry, even turn emotional over things.
"Hey, calm down!" He said holding her arm and stopped her from moving around anxiously.
"I cannot reach him," Liana uttered and tears fell out of her eyes. Leon was a little sensitive unlike normal people and he hated crowded places. Worse, what if someone kidnapped him inside this big building? Such negative thoughts occupied her mind and she cried nervously.
"Calm down, first," Ryan mumbled a little shocked as he had never seen her on an edge like today. It was something new and he had no idea how to console and calm her down.
"Wha-what if something happens to him?" She asked anxiously biting her lower lip and tried calling his number again.
"Nothing will happen to him, alright?" Wiping away her tears, Ryan pressed her shoulders and said, "Let's try searching for him first. Okay?"
Liana who was in a daze, anxiously dialing his number looked up at him and nodded after a while. Yes, he was right! She should search for him and find him very soon.
"Let's go and check CCTV footage, I am sure we will find him if he entered inside here," Ryan suggested and Liana nodded wiping away her tears.
For a moment, she was out of her right mindset when she heard Leon's shattered voice. And she lost her mind when she couldn't reach him at all that she could think properly for a moment. Even right now, she felt her heart race at a weird speed and she needed to find him soon, make sure that he was completely fine!

While inside the club.
"Look! He is over there!" One of the girls exclaimed and the other five searching for the guy rushed to her side.
They all looked at the guy who crawled up beside the wine counter and smirked. So he was weak and they could bully him without hustle! Some thought and even chuckled at that idea.
"Bring him up!" Someone from the girls ordered and a few walked towards Leon and grabbed his hand.
"Come, baby, let's get you paid for your arrogance!" The girl smirked swiftly grabbing his shirt as Leon struggled under her grasp.
"Le, le, lea," Leon was too scared to think of anything that his stuttering got worse. He couldn't even utter a word and his mind rejected the idea of helping him out.
While in the control room.
Liana anxiously bit her nails, searching for Leon on the big screen with lots of live footage from different floors.
"There," Pointing at the particular block, Ryan requested the controller, "Can you zoom it?"
They all saw a few people dancing and vibing to the music, but when it was zoomed, they saw a particular figure surrounded by a group of girls in the corner of the room.
"It's him!" Liana shrieked and rushed out of the room, not even enquiring which room did the footage belong to.
Sighing out loud, Ryan took the details and rushed behind her. She was acting crazily weird, worrying more than necessary and he could only rush behind her.
"It's the first floor, inside the club." He uttered catching up to her and Liana nodded entering the lift.
She was glad Ryan was here to help her out. If not for him, she would have gone beyond crazy searching for Leon.

Leon grasped his bag's strap tightly, his eyes shut as he felt people laugh at him. He opened his to look at them and blinked continuously, looking away from them and staring at other things. His legs were giving up, but he tried standing still, trying to at least prove to them he was normal.
"When did people start inviting guys like him?" The leader, one whom he had pushed away earlier commented swirling the wine in her hand.
"Retards like him!" She said moving closer and mocked again, "Don't they deserve some bit of sweetness, sympathy?"
"I I am not not a retard," Leon slowly murmured looking down at the ground and that made the girls laugh out loud.
"Oh, aren't you?" She smirked and placing the glass in front of him, she continued, "Then take this glass and try this wine."
"Let's see who is wrong!" She added and before he could even decline, she rose on her heeled toes and poured the drink over.
A few gasped followed by loud chuckles as the wine dripped down his face.
"Leon!" Suddenly the music stopped and a call alerted everyone in the room.
Standing at the entrance, Liana looked for him, and once she caught him in the corner, she ran to him. People in the middle made her way as she looked emotional, they saw her tears and were curious about it.
Liana rushed to him and jumped at him. Hugging him tightly, she didn't care when he flinched and let out her tears. Glad, he was safe!
"You gave me a heart attack," She mumbled as he eased up and even let her hug him. His hands moved, close to her back to hug her back but he restrained touching her.
"Why did you get off the car?" Breaking the hug, she wiped out her tears and looked at him.
Her relieved smile soon turned into a frown when she realized his condition. The wine was dripping down his hair, droplets covering all his face and her eyes burned in anger.
"Who did this to you?" She asked holding her temper but when he didn't reply, and even looked down tears dancing in the corner of his eyes, she was ready to devour that animal.
Someone made her Leon cry and they would be dead in an hour.
"I am asking who did this to you?" Liana roared again, her voice almost echoing in the room.
And Ryan who had rushed upstairs to stop the music sighed shaking his head. When Liana gets angry, everyone would be perished!
